england is the place he used to call home. repulse is the only feeling he now has for the island some call a country. he was raised by hypocrites, in a far too big and far too empty home, although he never really complained. the gardens were nice, suitable for his various imaginary adventures. the lake that characterized the backyard was his go to spot whenever he needed to think, but one day perhaps his thoughts either got way to big or the lake got way too small. he had to see the world. and by world he definitely didn't mean disney world with the family during the summers. london was his first destination, not far at all from home, but he went with a few friends. few enough to make him feel independent for the very first time. the city only made him crave to see more. amsterdam, paris, the swiss alps, australia, south africa. everytime he got thirstier, he needed more. now, however, his reasons for travelling have changed. he no longer goes for the simple pleasure of new adventures. he needs to work. the only way he found to satisfy his thirst for new places and his need to work was hopping from place to place, a temporary job here and there. it's hard, not half as rewarding some times. but the smile constantly painted on his lips might tell you otherwise.
