I think for manager it would be like any form of like being "the little spoon" or whatever. Like not always being the one to initiate something or giving love to someone. He's always had a problem of forcing himself to be the Manliest Man To Ever Man™️, so in every relationship he's been in, hes always forced himself into that head-of-the-house role -- even if his partner(s) didn't expect/want him to do so. So it would be a massive vulnerable moment for him to do anything different from that

I thinkkk for auditor it would be like being less selfish. In general. But especially towards manager... Like things that the other workers at the aahw have been complaining about for MONTHS gets magically fixed after manager made an off-handed comment abt it a few days ago. Auditor doesn't like doing things he himself perceives as "cringey" or "corny" or whatever, so i imagine he does things with more subtlety, even whenever it really *isn't* all too subtle. Also probably having an audit (hehe) of Manager's likes and dislikes on his private computer
