My whole life I’ve been telling myself, ‘don’t be afraid’. And it is only now that I’m realizing how stupid that is. Don’t be afraid. Like saying, ‘don’t move out of the way when someone tries to punch you’ or ‘don’t flinch at the heat of fire’ or ‘don’t blink’. Don’t be human. I’m afraid and you’re afraid and we’re all always going to be afraid, because that’s the point. What I should be telling myself is ‘be afraid, but do it anyway’. Live anyway.

Last Blog
Hello, Today, I will be writing my last blog for our entrepreneurial mind subject, time flies so fast, and it seems like I had my first blog just yesterday. Before I continue, I would like to say thank you to ma'am Jennyvi Canete and to all the instructors in our entrepreneurial mind subject who patiently shares her knowledge with us. Thank you so much for the knowledge that you've imparted to us, ma'am/sir. I know it's hard, but with your efforts, we are able to learn important lessons not just in academics but as well as life lessons. I'm pretty sure that we can apply the lessons that you've taught us in the near future. We have two speakers for our last lecture series, and I can really tell that this last lecture series touched my heart from all the lecture series that we had. I've learned so many lessons during this lecture series, especially lessons in life decisions. Our first speaker discussed the importance of intellectual property and intellectual property rights. I learned that Intellectual Property refers to creations of the mind, such as inventions, literary and artistic works; designs; and symbols, names, and images used in commerce. Intellectual Property is protected in law by, for example- patents, copyrights, and trademarks, which enables people to earn recognition or financial benefit from what they invent or create. By striking the right balance between the innovators' interests and the wider public interest, the Intellectual system aims to foster an environment in which creativity and innovation can flourish. Intellectual Property pertains to any original creation of the human intellect, such as artistic, literary, technical, or scientific creation. Intellectual Property Rights refers to the legal rights given to the inventor to protect his invention or creation for a certain period of time. Before knowing these things, I thought that having a brand design and trademarks is just for attraction and aesthetics, but actually, there's more reason for having brand designs. In addition, I also learned the importance of intellectual property, let's put it like this. You can bake, and it's a loved one's birthday. You spend days baking and decorating the perfect cake for them to celebrate. You plan to see them after work, so you put the cake into a fridge at work. When it's time to go home, you find half the cake has been eaten, and the rest is just a mess. How would it make you feel that something you put so much time and effort into was ruined for the purpose you wanted it for? I can say that intellectual property is similar in that situation. Someone put a lot of time and effort into that, intending to get the benefit for themselves and their loved ones. If you steal that intellectual property, you are stealing their time, effort, and benefit. So yes, IP is still really that important. People rely on it to make a living in some cases, others may only want it to benefit other people. Either way, it's their property and to take it and use it without their permission is as much theft as breaking into their home and stealing their possessions.
While on the other hand, our second speaker shared a lot, her struggles, and how she overcomes them. One thing I can forget during her talk was when she said that "she only had one semester left for her business course in CMU. However, she changed her mind and shift in another course where she can see her future and self with it" I really admired her for her bravery because honestly, most people will just finish a course just because they find it "sayang" and they are afraid to be left behind, however, the second speaker really followed her heart. Even though she's an IT graduate, she is now already successful today and helped the students to be successful in their business even though they are still students through the help of Musuan Peak Incubator, in which they will advertise the product of the students. Business incubators offer entrepreneurs or small companies financial help: Incubators allow entrepreneurs to save costs of operations in that those entrepreneurs who are part of the incubator's business get the opportunity of sharing equipment and other expenses such as overheads, as well as the rents of the office facilities and customer services. This act of sharing aids entrepreneurs save on the money that could be used in purchasing the equipment and paying for the services. Business incubators also aid small companies or entrepreneurs financially by directing them to great investors and assisting them when it comes to presentation. Business incubators offer entrepreneurs or start-up companies management guidelines: entrepreneurs or start-up companies would want to be given the guidelines and assistance that will enable them to operate and stay in the market successfully. Business incubators are responsible for this as they help these entrepreneurs by equipping them with guidance relating to managing and operating. Business incubators allow entrepreneurs to access or acquire capital: incubators make it possible and easier for start-ups to access different types of capital necessary for them to operate effectively. Lastly, business incubators are important because they help young entrepreneurs and other individuals from their respective communities get jobs. And this makes the economy grow.
I've learned a lot in our entrepreneurial mind subject that can help me prepare myself for my future endeavors. I am thankful that I learned something despite this pandemic with our hardworking and dedicated teacher. This wouldn't be successful without your help, teachers. Thank you so much for everything, ma'am.
A Journey of a young aspiring entrepreneur II
Hello! Welcome to my fourth blog. I am indeed happy knowing that there is still someone who cares to read my blog. In this blog, I will share the lessons that I have learned during our lecture series. But before that, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the speakers who share their knowledge for free. We, students, are fortunate enough to be able to listen to your inspirational words.
As a young aspiring entrepreneur, it was hard, especially when you don't have any large partners to support you with your financial needs. The words Mr. Kit are inspirational because he shares his struggle throughout his journey, you can really see his struggle. And one thing I learned about his start up journey was "Dili mag awat2 sa uban, just because successful and ni success ang ilang business, doesnt mean ma apply na sa imo" when he thought that online shopping would really boom because it has been the norm, however he was wrong. But he didn't gave up with his dreams, he started it little by little until it boost up. Listening to Mr. Kit of words is really an eye opener to us, he also taught me that whenever you fail, just try and try again. I also realized that it is essential to plan your business thoroughly and adequately the importance of having a business start-up plan or idea, because nowadays, most of the aspiring entrepreneurs disregards the importance of having thoroughly planned business start-up, they will rush their selves, and sadly they will end up closing their business because they lack of planning. Creating a plan helps any entrepreneur to fully evaluate the prospective venture, considering determining and fine-tuning a company's vision and goals has the effect of taking it home' to one mentally, it can trigger a flush of ideas for the entrepreneur since the company has been identified according to clearly defined practical goals. Strategy, plans, preparation, without proper planning, no undertaking can be carried out successfully; this is the cornerstone of any star's intent After clearly identifying a reasonable objective, a business plan gives one the chance to map out the strategy and strategies that will get the project there. Building a strategic plan enables you to decide ahead of time the solution to some of the most important business decisions. It's a forcing mechanism to build a solid business plan. Before you get started, you have to sit down and think about important components of your company, such as your marketing strategy and what goods you can offer. You answer many tough questions before they arise. And thinking deeply about your core strategies can also help you understand how those decisions will impact your broader strategy.
Business plans are like road maps; it's possible to travel without one, but it will only increase the likelihood of getting lost along the way. Rather than putting yourself in a position where you may have to stop and ask for directions or even circle back and start over, entrepreneurs often use planning to guide them. You can get 'nowhere' if you do not know where you are going, even when you know where you are going, you must decide how you will get from where you are to your destination. This feature of a business plan is at the heart of every successful establishment.
The Journey of a Young Aspiring Entrepreneur
Buen Dia! Welcome to my third blog, thank you for staying up until here. For the previous weeks, we the H1 believers just focused on the empathy map for us to have a better understanding on our topic, in this week also, we just spent our time interviewing people who are in our target market, they are the following; busy housewives who are working from home for as we all know, most of us aren’t allowed to go outside because of this pandemic and for our own safety, that’s why many people tried their luck on online business like online teacher, seller and data encoders, some of us may think that working from home will give you more time on your family, however, based on our observations, the work from home workers are also busy, because they spend most of their time facing their phones and laptop and it’s really time consuming because instead of doing the house hold chores, all you can do is to face your laptop from time to time because you don’t want to miss any opportunity and customers, our second target market are the workers who are working by shift, specifically the frontliners, call center agents and teachers, as we all know, they have the most less time to rest and they are even continuing their jobs in their houses, and our last target market will be the workers and the students who are only living in the dormitories, apartments, and pads because they also don’t have enough time to prepare for their foods and needs because they are just sharing room with the other tenants. during this week, we decided to make another hypothesis testing to prove if our proposed problem and solution is helpful to the people and will make a huge impact in the market, we make this hypothesis testing with the help of the empathy map, this empathy map is really helpful for us who are aspiring entrepreneurs because we will feel and hear their sentiments and problems, this empathy map allows us to put our feet on their shoe for us to experience and know their needs.
We, the H1 believers surveyed some people who belonged to our target market, each one of us plays a role in this journey, and helped each other to be able to finish this task, each of us interviewed three people and the total number of the people that we had interviewed during the past weeks are 18 people, as much as we would like to do our interview face to face, the current situation wouldn’t allow us, however, some of us has done face to face interview which akes our hypothesis testing more reliable. Based on their answers to our first 3 questions:
Do you see any applications that offer the same content as our proposed app?
Do you see any 24hours convenient stores near your house and workplace?
Do you see any app that offers to transport your heavy equipment in your area door to door?
We interviewed five respondents for this question, they are Ms. Cynthia Ederoso, a housewife and an online seller, Gerlie Esteban, a teacher, Gina Divinagracia, a nurse, Vee Tagalogon, a call center agent and Charyvine Palmares, a student who lives in a boarding house. Most of them answered that they have seen an app who offers the same content as our proposed application, however, the difference is that, based on the app that they see, it doesn’t offer to transport heavy equipment in their area door to door, because the app that they see only focuses on the foods and online shopping which makes our proposed app unique. And to the second question, most of them answered no, because most of the couriers will not deliver in our area, and as to the last question, all of them answered that there are no app or services that offers to deliver their purchased heavy equipment door to door.
And to our second question “what do they say”, it will allow us, young aspiring entrepreneurs hear their sentiments, and to be able to put ourselves in their situation
What were your past experiences in online shopping?
Was the price worth the product?
Do you think it's really helpful to you and to your area to operate an app that offers to buy your needs and deliver your heavy purchased equipment door to door?
What was your opinion on online shopping?
We interviewed three respondents for this question, they are Ms. Crystal Mae, who works at SM Downtown who lives in a boarding house, Ms. Pau, who works from home, and Ms. Eris who works as a teacher and Ms. Hazel who works as a call center agent. All of them shares their experience in online shopping and all of them has a unique perception about it, as for Ms. Pau, she seldom uses online shopping because sometimes, the shipping fee is more expensive compared to the product, and sometimes the price of the product isn’t worth it. And for Ms Crystal Mae, she shares that she haven’t tried online shopping yet because she’s afraid that she will be scammed by the seller which is really common nowadays, and as for the price, she said that it’s kinda luck if you will get a product that is not defective and worth the price, and she shares that it would be really helpful if there will be an app who will offer to transport and deliver their heavy equipment door to door because it will be less hassle and she also said that as for her, online shopping isn’t that safe, as for our third respondent, Ms Hazel, as a call center agent, she shares that the online shop has been a great helping hand for her because she don’t need to go outside or in the mall to buy her daily needs and necessities due to her hectic schedule and she also said that all her purchased item in online shopping are all worth it but you should limit your expectations in order for you to avoid frustrations and if ever there will be an app that will offer to transport heavy products door to door, it would be really helpful, not just for her but as well as to their community, especially that we are in the midst of pandemic, and as to our last respondent for this question Ms. Eris, she shares that, the online selling platform is always been a helping hand for her since she has a hectic schedule and also told that if ever our proposed app will be launched, it would be really a great help for her as to her family also.
As to our third question, “what do they do?” we will be able to know the things and problem that they have been going through and how they deal with it,
What do you usually do when you're in hurry?
What do you usually do when you need to buy something in the malls/grocery stores but you're too busy to do it?
What do you usually cook for your children when you're working from home?
Our first respondent Ms. Fatie, she is a student and teacher at the same time, she took her masts degree at the University of Mindanao, she told us that whenever she is in a hurry situation, she usually panic and then relaxed, and to solve that, she will take down notes all the things that she needs to do to avoid panicking, and to our second respondent, Ms. Hannah, she is a student who lives in a boarding house, she told us that whenever she is busy, she tends to do multi-tasking and every time she needs to buy something in the grocery, she sometimes will look for someone who will buy her the things that she needs and to our third respondent, Mr. Sier, he shares that he also does taking notes to avoid panicking and to manage his time properly, and whenever he’s busy and needs to buy something, he tends to do the most important task first then do the shopping right after he finishes the assigned task. And for our last respondent Ms. Melyza, a registered nurse, she shares that whenever she is busy she tends to skip her meals as well as doing her makeups, all she does is grab anything necessary so that she won’t be late for her work, and she also shares that she tends to prioritize to do the important things first before going to the malls to avoid panicking.
As to our fourth question in our empathy map, “what do they hear?” we will be able to hear their opinions and sentiments about shopping.
Who influenced you to try online shopping?
How much do you usually spend on online shopping?
What applications do you usually use in buying from online stores?
According to our first respondent, Mr. Harold Jumawad one of the health representative and the same time promoter of the product MG PLUS HERBAL DRINK formulated by Dr. Lourdes Rosaroso for his program "Kini ang akong suliran" on the radio, he is also living in a boarding house only, he said that her/his cousin who influenced him to try online shopping. he spends almost 7thousand a month to buy their needs and wants through lazada and shopee and as to our second respondent, Ma'am Gleen P. Payot one of the Senior high School teacher in Managok National High School she shares that she usually do online shopping because she doesn’t have enough time to go to the mall, and she also told us that it’s her sister who was the one who influenced her to try online shopping and she almost spent 15,000 every two months in online selling platforms like lazada and shopee.
As to our last question in our empathy map, “pains and gains?” we will be able to know their sentiments and opinions.
How do you usually feel when your purchased product is defective?
How do you feel when the shipping fee and the product that you've purchased online are very expensive and not worth the price?
How do you usually feel when you skip a meal due to your busy schedule?
If you're to solve your problems and sentiments in online shopping how would you solve it?
According to our first respondent Mr. Reymer John, he shares that every time he purchased something from online shopping and it’s defective, he will feel disappointed and dissatisfied especially when the shipping fee is very expensive and the product wasn’t worth it and as to our second respondent, Ms. Chang, she shares that she will be worried every time she had purchased a defective product from online shopping and whenever she will skip meals, she will be afraid she might get sick, and as to our third respondent, Mr. Kenneth, he shares that every time he got a defective product from online shopping, all he did was manage his expectations and message the seller to solve his problems and for our last respondent, Ms. Pat and Ms. Mary Fatime, they both shared that they will feel sad and frustrated because it’s really hard to find money nowadays.
And base on our hypothesis testing, we concluded that our proposed problem and solution is essential and helpful to the people because most of them shared that they usually tend to skip their meals whenever they are in a hurry and sometimes will just do “pasa-buy” to buy their daily necessities, this app will be a great help to everyone because it will serve as a helping hand to them especially that most people today are busy and can’t go out due to the pandemic. In addition, most of them also shared that if ever this app will be successfully launched, it would be a great help, not only for them but also to their families and community because it will lessen their jobs and hassle-free and most of them also shared that they sometimes have problems in their items in online shopping, and by the help of this app, they will not be experiencing it anymore, because instead of buying stuff in an online shop, why not buy in malls? Our riders will surely help them in buying their needs, from the small ones to the heavy ones, it wouldn’t take them many weeks to receive their product, and our app will also offering to transport heavy items like cabinets and printers to the door of their houses to door, they can pay via cash on delivery or through online banking. It would be a great help not just for the workers but also to the drivers who lost their jobs during the pandemic, because we, the H1 believers want to help everyone that’s why we will be launching this app.
For the past few weeks, our group discussed that we will be interviewing 24 people so that our hypothesis testing will be more reliable and valid, we also discussed if we will still push our proposed venture proposal or we will just find another problem that is rampant in our society today, most of us decided that we will push this because we already started it and aside from that, we believed that our proposed solution will be helpful for us, not only for this pandemic but for the upcoming years because most of the people today usually rely on online shopping rather than going to the malls because it will consume their time, especially that most of the people today are buys.
This week taught me many things, I learned that as an aspiring entrepreneur, you need to experience an know the sentiments of your costumer, you need to put your feet in their shoe because if you will rush on your decisions, you will fail, you also need to know more about your target customer for us to give them the solution that they deserve because there’s a big possibility that if we will rush our decisions, we might give them the wrong solution. After all, as we all know, we have different problems in life, our solution might not be their solution, and if that happens, we will truly lose our customers. And last but not the least, teamwork and cooperation in a group is important, no matter how many you are in a group, if only a few of you will take a step or do their part in the task, you will surely not finish anything, because I believe in the saying that “two heads are better than one”. Thank you so much for reading! God Bless you always and stay safe

Young aspiring entrepreneurs
Hola! I am now on my second blog and time flies so fast and now we’re on our midterms. At first, we thought that this subject will just be easy, but now we are taking it back because it needs much effort for us to finish all the tasks in this entrepreneurial mind class. For the past two weeks, we are just working on our venture proposal and it needs to be revised, and also, during this week, we decided to make another hypothesis testing to prove if our proposed problem and solution is helpful to the people and will make a huge impact in the market, we make this hypothesis testing with the help of the empathy map, this empathy map is really helpful for us who are aspiring entrepreneurs because we will feel and hear their sentiments and problems, this empathy map allows us to put our feet on their shoe for us to experience and know their needs. In able to validate our hypothesis testing, we, the H1 Believers surveyed our prospect target markets which are the; workers who are working in shift schedule as well as to the busy workers who are having a hard time in preparing their foods specifically the nurses, teachers and call center agents, the second one are the busy housewives who are working from home, because we the H1 believers believed that being a housewife who works from home is a crucial job for we see the struggles of our parents, and because of their busy schedule they were aren’t able to buy their house needs and necessities just like groceries, and the last one is the students and the workers who are living in a dormitory, as we all know, people who are living in the dormitory usually eats in fast food and carinderya, but during this time, we are in the midst of pandemic and most of the carinderya and fast food chains will not allow huge numbers of people to eat inside their stores. We decided to nterview again 2 people each in our prospect target market, 2 from the call center agents, 2 from the teachers 2 from the nurses, 2 from the housewives who are working from home and 2 from the students and workers who are living in the dormitory and boarding houses, and most of them really agreed that our proposed solution will be really helpful to them, they told us that they are really having a hard time in purchasing their needs and nececitiees even before the pandemic happen because of their busy and hectic schedule, according to the call center agents that we had interviewed, Mr Lim and Mr. Lagura, they told us that most of the time they skip their meal specially when they are assigned to work in the night shift, and as to the busy housewives, we interviewed Mrs Jane Obiena and Ms Anne Arcenal, they both worked as a data encoder, they told us that due to their hectic schedules, they usually do pasa-buy to their friends in facebook where their friends will offer them to buy their groceries and needs in the grocery stores, however, it’s really expensive because they will be the one who will provide the transportation fee and they will also add the price of the product and they also told us that if ever this application will be launched, it will really be helpful to them and for our last target market which are the students and workers who are living in the dormitories we had interview Mr Vergil Tagalogon and Ms Janica Llomongo, they said that living in a dormitory is not easy because everything is very expensive and you really need to save for you to survive because for them, every penny is important, they told us that sometimes, due to their busy schedules, they will just ate in a carinderya because they don’t have the time to buy ingredients and their needs in the grocery store which makes it more expensive, for as we all know, when we buy in grocery stores or in the mall, we will save more compared in buying to the sari-sari stores.
During our group meeting, we had discussed if we will still push our proposed venture proposal or we will just find another problem that is rampant in our society today, most of us decided that we will push this because we already started it and aside from that, we believed that our proposed solution will be helpful for us, not only for this pandemic but for the upcoming years because most of the people today usually rely on online shopping rather than going to the malls because it will consume their time especially that most of the people today are buys. This week taught me many things, I learned that as an aspiring entrepreneur, you need to experience an know the sentiments of your costumer, you need to put your feet on their shoe because if you will rush on your decisions, you will fail, you also need to know more about your target customer for us to give them the solution that they deserve because there’s a big possibility that if we will rush our decisions, we might give them the wrong solution. After all, as we all know, we have different problems in life, our solution might not be their solution, and if that happens, we will truly lose our costumers. And last but not the least, teamwork and cooperation in a group is important, no matter how many you are in a group, if only a few of you will take a step or do their part in the task, you will surely not finish anything, because I believe in the saying that “two heads are better than one”. Thank you so much for reading! God Bless you always and stay safe.
Discovery Week
One of the problems that we are facing today is this pandemic, this pandemic has brought danger to us and it is really a life changer for us, none of us had ever expected that this will happen to us, and because of this pandemic, the numbers of people that are allowed to go outside are just limited from one person per family, but what about those families who are very busy and doesn’t have the time to buy for their needs? In this time of the pandemic, most of us today are only relying on online selling platforms like lazada, shopee, etc, but how certain are we that we will be receiving the right product? How certain are we that our purchased product is 100% safe, legit and not defective? As a matter of fact, we often buy expensive and overcharged items, also we can’t deny the fact that some of the quality of the products that are bought online isn’t worth it. The costumers today are also having a hard time because some of their heavy equipment can’t be delivered door to door, especially that the majority of us doesn’t have a car and the unavailability of the vehicle brought burdens to us also, especially that most of the couriers will not deliver our orders here in our area because it’s in the “bukid”, moreover, there are also a lot of people who lost their job because of the pandemic. As a group, we hypothesize that most of the consumers are having problems in receiving their items from online stores, most of the time they will receive defective items and wrong items, or products that didn’t reach their expectations, maybe it’s because of the mishandling of the courier in addition to that, costumers today are also suffering because of the unavailability of the vehicles.
And to prove our hypothesis, we had conducted an online interview and this will serve as our hypothesis testing to prove whether our hypothesis is right, as much as we would like to interview strangers, we aren’t allowed to go outside and to interact with people whom we don’t know, especially that we are minors. Last September 10, 2020, I already conducted my interview and completed the 8 people, I only interviewed 8 people because I’m not allowed to go outside our subdivision for I am still a minor. The first four people that I had interviewed are Ms. Corrine Joyce Baloc, Ms. Ghendie Ann Rubin, Mr. Nathaniel Laquia, Sarah Salagantin, and Ms. Cyrell Escudero they were my classmates in Senior High School and they are currently studying at Xavier University Ateneo de Cagayan as a Psychology student, it is important to include students in our interview because they are one of our market targets, the four of them shares the same problem, as a consumer, their problem is that they are easily being deceived by the sales talk and being fooled by the pictures in the online shop and they usually get a low-quality product, like such as she would discover that their purchased product does easily get broken after few weeks of using it, they also have a problem of overpricing and overcharging of the products. We included them in our interview because most of the consumers today are teenagers and students. The fifth and sixth and seventh person on my list is Kyneshi Omamalin and Rey Inihao, they are already in their mid-30’s and currently working at Rebisco Corporation at Alae, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon, one of their problems as a consumer is that they usually get upset most of the time because of the turtle service of the company today specially that we are in the midst of a pandemic, the service today is really slow and for the eighth person on my list is Ms. Rhoda Petalcurin, she is a housewife and according to her, one of her problem as a consumer is that most of the time, the information of the products aren’t complete that’s why she is having a hard time on what product she will be purchasing because most of the sales lady today doesn’t have a pleasing attitude and aren’t approachable.
Based on the hypothesis testing that we had made through an online interview, we proved our hypothesis right, most of the consumers' problem today is getting defective products, products who aren’t worthy of our penny and receiving wrong items, while some of us are having problems with an unapproachable sales representative and because of that, the consumers often bought the wrong products because they don’t have any knowledge on what product they will be purchasing.
During our group meeting we have discussed on what problem we will be solving, I suggested to them that we will just be making an app that will provide and cater all the needs of the consumers, since our hypothesis is proven right, In order to help the costumers and the jobless people who are in need, the our group decided that we will be developing an app just like food panda and grab, by this app, we will be able to help those who are in need, our app will be called “GRAB IT” our app will not only focus on the foods, we will also catering other concerns, for an instance, there is this girl who needs to buy a new earphones because her old earphones is already broken, all she needs to do is to is to download the app on the play store and app store, after downloading the app, she will see a list of riders that is available, she will then choose her rider and book for an appointment, after booking her appointment, a confirmation code via SMS will be sent to her, all she needs to do is to input the code, after that, the costumer will have the number of the rider so both of us can talk properly and also for the costumers convenience, the costumer will tell her concern to the rider and the rider will serve as an helping hand to the costumer, the rider will then go to the mall to buy her desired earphones, and it will be deliver to their houses, door to door, the mode of payment will be cash on delivery and via bank and for the jeepny drivers, they are the ones who will be catering the needs of the costumers, specifically in purchasing heavy objects and equipment, for example, costumer 2 is having a hard time because his purchased cabinet and sofa sets will not be delivered to his house due to the strict implementation of the ECQ, all he need to do will just book for an appointment and after few hours, his cabinet and sala set will now be delivered to him. To make sure that the costumers are not playing a prank, we will be implementing strict rules and regulations that they need to follow, and if they will be violating this, we will make them pay for a fine ranging from 100,000-900,000 to ensure that none of our riders will be tricked since we will be using the company’s fund to buy their needs. We choose this solution because we want to help the people who are suffering due to the pandemic as well as to the drivers who lost their jobs due to the pandemic, also our prices are very affordable and reasonable, especially that all of us are having a hard time during this times. Our prospect target will be the people who are living specifically in Bukidnon and Cagayan de Oro, we will be having three warehouses, our first warehouse will be located at Valencia Bukidnon, we chose that area so we can cater people who are in nearby areas just like Maramag and Malaybalay City, our second warehouse will be located at Cagayan de Oro City while the third one will be located at Manolo Fortich Bukidnon so we can cater people who are living near Manolo Fortich just like Alae, Damilag, Crossing, Libona and Camp Phillps Bukidnon, anyone who are living in the said area, specially that most of the couriers will not deliver in that area, it would be an advantage for us since we will only have small competitors, who’s age are ranging from 15 and up will be our customers, we choose that age gap because most of the people who are in that age are the ones who are fond of using online business and other online selling platforms. Luckily, all of my groupmates agreed on my suggestion.
I learned a lot of lesson in this week, one of them is having teamwork, as we all know teamwork is a lesson that all of us should never forget, because you will have to work in groups in your life, if we will ignore teamwork and cooperation, we will face lots of challenges and difficulties along the way, just like for example, in a group, without teamwork, no work will be accomplished and if everyone works in a group, the amount of work that is accomplished is more than what an individual alone can achieve. When everyone works in a team, we can achieve our goal, it makes things easier for every person in an organization, therefore working in teams helps each person in the team or group aside from that, you can learn a lot of things from your groupmates, and this proves that no man is an island.
