Im back here because of how ive been feeling lately

breakfastless behavior

Me getting off my 11 hour graveyard shift and going straight to bed after feeling too sick from exhaustion to eat all night

Not even gonna think about how my bf asked how i can eat so little and still be fat

mental illness update: still mentally ill

Ive gained i just know it

Leaving friend group to go power walk the beach while they have lunch

And im gonna be down for a but not being able to exercise because im having a surgery on halloween >:(

A month ago vs 6 months ago

Am proud of this much at least just alot more to go

When youre trying to enjoy dinner out with a friend and you cant stop looking over at yourself 🤮

I know i have def lost so much over the last 6 months but its still just not enough

When you start to get skinny but your bone structure/proportion is ugly

Just got these pants a month ago and they already dont fit when they fit before

Like how my side looks thin just my arms are 🤮

Fitness bros that are like “dont work out just to burn calories!”

Like damn was there another reason to work out??

How very not skinny of me to not have counted my breakfast calories
