Hi:) this is not a proana or promia blog although I do struggle w/ ED. I am simply documenting my health & fitness journey--the ups, downs, goals, setbacks, realities, fears & so on. There will be themes, mentions and/or images of weight loss/gain as well as general body image. I primarily use this blog as a way to track my progress & goals and I am in no way aiming to be an example of perfect health, beauty or inspiration.
