There is just something about this place that amazes me. I’m not sure if it’s the fact that I can wake up to a great cappuccino, or go to a beach where the water is as blue as the sky. I’m not sure if it’s the live music in the piazza every night or sipping Coke while feeding the ducks in the lagoon. Whatever it is, I just know this.

You won't find bread with salt in Italy. In 1540, a Salt Tax was laid on all of Pope Paul III's subjects. Therefore, most bread in Italy does not have any flavor. However, this bread is really good for sopping up sauce.
