24 September 2024: a quick breakfast grab of focaccia on a street bench seat, before heading to the train station and onward travel to Rapallo.

And finally, we reached Rapallo on the Ligurian Riviera.... video short below:

We spent 5 nights here as our base to discover the local area, visiting Portofino, Margherita de Ligure and our main goal: Cinque Terre (5 Lands) coastal villages. (Read more about the trip through the blue link).

Luckily, our room was all ready for occupation and off we went as fast as we could down to the promenade for a quick peek before heading to the bus station.

Straight to Portofino, because the weather was dry and sunny and we wanted to make the most of it.
