IT'S FINALLY DONEEEEEE it took me a bit to figure out how to make them not shiny. n by figure out i mean ignore until i was sane again. but i did it. now to work on his other tattoo.........

*i noticed the "darker" swatch glowed almost painfully on my pale sim, so the 2nd swatch is less vibrant. there isn't any difference between swatches on tan sims, and doesn't seem to be much difference on dark skin sims either. so the vibrancy is all on your vibes
