the summer solstice event is today.

108 sun salutations. i’ve never done anything like this before. i should be mildly intimidated but i’m excited about the challenge.

my 6 month membership anniversary was yesterday. instead of balloons or flowers, i got to benchmark.

what an incredible opportunity to reflect on how far i’ve come to accomplishing my dream life.

the grief hasn’t gotten easier. the ache is quieter now than before. moving through pain becomes part of the process. every moment i find a pocket of romance, that i pour into myself, i hold up the evidence to it that life gets bigger, better.

everything is working out for me.

everything is working alchemy.

i survived the challenge and got some swag, too ☀️ our instructor said i looked so strong which is the highest compliment. i told her about the pickleball side quest and she got so excited to share some tips with me to build my skills.

i’m not the same person i was six months ago.

i’ll be someone different in six weeks.

i’m excited to meet them.
