Breakfast
-Two quail eggs, over hard: use egg ring, beat in bowl with whatever spices, cook for 3 minutes
-Singular pancake: 4 tbs. batter mix, two quail eggs, 3 tbs milk. Cook 3 minutes on each side.
-Glass of Fairlife milk, whole.
-Finishing it isn’t important. Eating something is.
-Emergency Breakfast: glass of milk, tall.
