Breakfast: 2 eggs, 1 slice wheat toast, 25g margarine, 20g cheese.

Lunch: 40g margarine, 2 eggs, 1 cup navy beans, 20g cheese, 1 ciabatta.

Dinner: 310g curry chicken salad wrap

I woke up super early so it felt like so long untill breakfast, then for lunch my mom made it and we sat together so I had to finish it, and by dinner I was at my aunts and that's what she made. But it's just really demoralizing to have a bad eating day

On top of that I just gained access to a scale so I could find out my w8 for the first time in like 4 years, I'm 219lbs like wtf I never realized I was so heavy but I do this this "diet" has worked a bit so we preserve

Dinner: 14 leaves of lettuce, 9 slices of cucumber, 2 tbsp ceaser dressing, 1 ciabatta bun, 1 burger patty, 20g mayo, 15g mustard, 35g tomato, 45 caverdash fries.

i held back so well but it was those god damn fries my mom forced me to have some and then i couldn't control myslef from eating them

god i hate this illness so fucking much i just sat and cried for 30 min thinking about how much i hate myself and how i'm missing out on the life i could live if i was just skinny, but for a moment, the only thing i thought was why not. why can't i love myself now my mom does it. and then i opened my eyes and saw myself and god i'm so fucking ugly, im overweight, i have acne, my voice is too high, and i never fit into anything omg i feel like a whale but the hope it never goes away the hope that one day i'll wake up and love myself, the hope that i never have to think about a calorie again, but thats what keeps me here that fucking hope that can't ever come true. god if i can't ever feel pretty why am i even here.

for snacks not great but i was making the cake and before i even realized i had eaten some, like ahhhh why do i always stuff my mouth before i can think. i burned around 100 but i don't tend to count that
