Among other things Entrepreneurs are great at eating on the run, doin' dealo's over lunch and make the most of what's on hand. This week I was open, which is entrepreneur speak for tired of listening to myself.

Its weird being an entrepreneur. Chasing down leads can be like playing whack-a-mole and being both the mole and the hammer. There it is, get it, OUCH, good job, do it again.

I scheduled a comedy class out of town-so far we are 1/2 full, good work Edmonton!

I attended a comedy class in-town and learned 'I am mid-life woman'.

I taught a class with only two Wit and got a referral for teaching a kids class

I shoed up at 7 am to attended a 7:30 am workshop on Cloud computing where I received a free pen, a Tim Hortons breakfast sandwhich and a referal to someone who is an edutechie 

Showed up at an open mic, was told I have to make people learn to like me and ran into a friend in need

Attended a free business seminar skipping dinner, paying for parking and reconnected with a mover&shaker in the entrepreneur world.

 After waiting 6 weeks I received an offer for a 6 month contract instructing desktop application use & business skills.

I rounded up the week eating my shirt in the Den. The CBC Dragons den audition was the most stressful boring wait since traffic court. I rushed to get there forgetting lipstick, mascara, and hairbrush. Taking time to comb my hair with a fork, doing half a makeup job I roamed around looking for the audition area landed me a spot at #37. I choose to pitch our humour training program for ESL speakers, the producer had a  polite pokerface.

One thing is clear, investing ZEDS Comic Communication it is a difficult decision to acquire shares that might turn into laughingstock~Wit Flo Lye
