Hey guys, got some new conversions with me learning new things and also some recolours today. I'm pretty anxious about this one for some reason so hopefully there won't be any issues. ^^;
included is a conversion of the mobile from Syboulette's recent Ghibli inspired kids room set. It was the thing I fixated on and so I patiently waited for the public release to have it for myself.
It sits low for shiftability and you can find it in Children's/Misc, 3 recolours (just the fixtures/rope, not the toys)
seen here is the Soot Sprite table by Simmila (I kept spelling it Simmlia so it probably still says that in the description) it has two other recolours bundled with it and a slot. in end tables.
and on the table is the No-Face Stereo by channel4sims. It's a functional stereo (yay?) and it comes with most of the original recolours. I honestly didn't want to do any but the black one (because.. that's No-Face?) but I added more in the end (I think I only left out one but I don't remember now), found with the rest of the stereos
there is a Totoro recolour of this Bear Chair conversion by deelee and I really don't remember where I got it, I will try and remember to edit this if I can find it again.
and some maxis recolours, a wonky soot sprite rug I made on the Ikea PS rug, three recolours of Lady in Red with Miyazaki's concept art and the little soot sprite decals are on the Butterfly Crawler. Budgie made those... I think.
and that's it? this kind of unintentionally became a "set" with a theme so I just ran with it..

I've always hated how the camera jumps up and down when playing tall and slim buildings. Turns out, it's really easy to fix! It’ll take you less than a minute. All the details under the cut.
All it takes is opening the LiveCamera.txt file in your Documents>Cameras folder with a text editor and changing these two parameters near the bottom to a higher value. Doesn’t matter if you're using a custom camera mod or not. Those parameters should be there. I have set mine like this (remember to save a backup just in case you don't like these changes).
It might seem a bit extreme, but I still think it’s fine.
-The top parameter, floorheightsamplerange, handles how much the floors “extend out”, so the camera object can stand on it mid-air. The higher it is, the further the floor will extend. This will make it so your camera will be able to stick to the floor you’re on, even if you pan away from the building. No more annoying jumps up and down!
-The parameter below that, floorheightsampleinnerrange, handles the transition between sticking to the current floor and dropping to the ground level once it goes past the edge. The higher it is, the smoothest the fall will be.
I’ll note though that the behaviour of these parameters might not be 100% accurate with how the game actually works, but from what I tested I think it’s pretty close as an explanation. If someone knows better how this Live Camera works, please let me know and I’ll try my best to correct any inaccuracies.
Save the .txt file and check how it works in game. It might feel weird at first, but personally I find it so much smoother and easier to handle. If you’re not happy with these values, close the game and edit those parameters until you find your sweet spot. Unfortunately, you will have to close and open the game every time you change it to check how it works.
There’s so many cool Custom Camera mods out there that I thought it’s probably better to just show how to edit those 2 parameters than editing and reuploading all of them.
So yeah, that’s it. Now you can play those tall lots without getting a headache. Go ahead and send your college simmies to that hideous Sim State Tower with a hot tub on top of it. Now you’ll be able to see what’s going on up there.

🛸 Here is the long-awaited release of a near-complete recolor of Sixam's animated plants by @jawusa !
🏳️🌈 I supplemented this collection with additional neighborhood decorations such as the Sixam's grass, tendrils, and mycellium. I also took the liberty of adding some resized versions of neighborhood decorations, for a more natural environment. The only item I didn't recolor from @jawusa's is the Red Maple Tree, because any recolor I made looked quite ugly.
🛸 The new decorations are bright, but not as bright as my previous ones, because I realized it looked too strange and resulted in very bad photos. If the background is too bright, the Sim appears very dark.
🌴Also made some recolors of Havelock's conversions of the Castaway Jungle to contrast with the glowing flora 🌿
🗂️ I made two versions of the archive : one with merged associated meshes and recolors, and also All-in-One Neighborhood decos ; the other version with Unmerged files allows you to pick and choose for every recolor.s you want. You wanna make a pink world and want only purple and pink ? you can.
🪴 The files are CLONED from @jawusa's, so they don't need hers to work. I wanted you to be able to have both in game. In the future, I'll make a real recolor of her lot files, allowing you to have a glowing and an unglowing fora 🍃
💡 All light animations are also recolored

I'm pretty sure something like this exists, but I couldn't find it so I made my own.
After starting my medieval(-ish) game, I really missed the shop-at-home rack. I have several in my modern game, but couldn't find a medieval one. So I used a conversion by Raynuss to make this.
This one works like every other shop-at-home rack, allowing your sims to buy new clothes for free in their home. You can find it in misc>dressers for §50.
Comes in 2 wood en 3 tool recolors. Texture size is 512x256, polycount is 971. No shadow because Raynuss conversion didn't have one, and I'm too lazy to make one myself.
Original mesh from The Sims Medieval, converted by Raynuss. I used a coat rack by @hugelunatic as a base.

Welcome to the (un)official Pleasantview Ship Tournament! This tournament will take place throughout the entire month of March, with each round lasting around one week each.
Give your Elder Sims a new lease of life with the Chalice of Days!
This is an overhaul of the Chalice of Days, originally extracted from Castaway Stories by Pescado. The Chalice contains a potion that restores elder Sims to youth, as demonstrated by Olive Specter.

I made a number of changes to the original item. You cannot have both, so remove cs_holygrail from your downloads folder if you have it.
Model Changes
My version has a smaller, one-tile mesh and I adjusted the animation accordingly.
My husband and I built the altar top on top of a Jungle Adventure pedestal. I also remodelled the chalice, and my husband painted the potion texture.
The pedestal base comes in the six colours above, custom recolours of the Jungle Adventure version with baked in shadows for the top. The details on top with the tiles and the sun glyph are repository linked to my default replacement of the Temple of Jumbok IV, so that is required if you want it to look like it is above.
LordCrumps' shadow file is required (but not included, because it's included with the default replacements).
Functional Changes
In addition to the changes to the model, I also made some changes to the functioning of the item. Easy Inventory Check and Smarter EP Check are both required.
Sims will not change into their underwear after returning to the adult age stage.
When de-aging, Sims will do the animations for becoming an adult instead of becoming an elder.
I added in some checks that were missing, such as setting zombie locomotion and witch effects where required after the age change. I used Smarter EP Check to avoid these if you don't need them, but I have the Ultimate Collection so I can't guarantee this mod will work with any other versions.
Sims will gain a memory of drinking from the chalice. This is optional - the memories are in a separate package so you can choose not to play with those. Remember that if you play with the memories and then remove the Chalice from your Downloads folder, you either need to keep the memories in or manually remove the memory from any Sim that has used it before deleting the memory packages.
Sims who have drunk from the chalice before are likely to have their greed punished if they try again. You can edit the success chance and whether this is deadly in the tuning BCON.
Sims with the lucky or unlucky trait will have an adjusted chance of success. This can also be edited in the tuning BCON. If you don't play with traits, you don't need to do anything.

If you play in another language, you will experience blank messages when Sims drink from the chalice! If you want to translate this mod, please follow this tutorial to translate the dialogue strings from the chalice package and the catalogue entries from the memories. If you send me the extracted language files, I'll update the mod and credit you!
Known issues:
The Sim gets whatever hair colour is linked to grey for their hairstyle, so this might not be their natural hair colour. You can, of course, change it with a mirror as usual straight afterwards.

Required Mods: Easy Inventory Check and Smarter EP Check
So, after a rousing discussion on my Discord about ACR, Romantic Standards, various mods, conflicts, you name it, we discovered that ACR's jealousy was completely and utterly broken. Romantic Standards in, or out. Just like, broken 😂
Don't believe me? Check out this otherwise vanilla folder test, in which using the "casual" interactions menu, Don Lothario can waltz up to Nina Caliente and kiss, hit on, goose, whatever he likes in front of his fiance Cassandra Goth and she does not care AT ALL, until I accidentally click the vanilla Maxis "make out" interaction at the end and she finally gets mad:

So, erm, that's not great 😂 Should probably fix that hey...
(Today I also learned that I can't upload more than 1 video per post lol, but I did film a second video using the same "casual.../romantic kiss" interaction which this time resulted in immediate jealousy).
So. Yeah.
Basically, there were 2 "casual / kiss" interactions that actually worked and triggered jealousy where appropriate, which were Casual / Kiss / Suck Face and Casual / Kiss / Dance Kiss.
The rest, ZERO response. All flirts, hugs and other kisses, broken.
So, I worked out what the differences were, and I fixed them.

I have only included the socials that needed to be fixed. You still need the original ACR Controller Main files from either here or SimGiggleGirl's Romantic Standards compatible version here. But if you already have ACR, you will want to replace all of the socials with these versions.
And if anyone is curious, yes this totally works as intended alongside Midge's version of Romantic Standards. This mod is heavy and you've gotta read through the documentation, but here's a screenshot of my Romantic Standards files that work perfectly with ACR:

I couldn't repo the Pergola Swing Benches together because the texture didn't match, but the Cushions are repo'd to the Loveseat. There is also an extra set of cushions that turned out to use the exact same mesh as my Forest Friends Floor Cushions 🍃 (here), so I added recolors to that existing mesh rather than duplicating it. The mesh is included if you don't have it.
The Fire Bowl took me a while to figure out. Without getting too technical, I didn't want to clone the Maxis campfire because its a really heavy object with a lot of resources attached to it, and I wanted to keep things lighter. I tried to turn it into a fireplace first, then I went with Jacky93Sims' way and cloned Honeywell's one 🔥🔥 I replaced her skewer fork with the game's wooden stick. You need to keep that file in your download folded to roast marshmallows. If you also uses the skewer for other Firepits, there should be no conflict. Credit to both Jacky and Honeywell.
I cloned the lamp from the Grange Mudroom set by LordCrumps, so credits to him as well.
You do need a copy of LordCrump’s Shadow Files for the shadows to work though, but I have included a copy in the zip, as always.
