Weiss was relived to hear that she was welcome to join. The past weeks events had left both of them on edge it seamed. Weiss having less and less sleep with her worrying and fussing over her teams needs before her own. A clear sign she was over stressed. But a night to simply relax with someone may have been what she needed. “Understandable Blake. Its been…..A rough couple of months. I apologize if I startled you. That was not my intent.” Apologizing for her minor disturbance before walking over to join Blake. “So, What are you doing out here this late?”

Weiss seemed to notice how Blake may be struggling but she’d tried to put on her usual face, book up to bury her nose in it but of course her teammates knew her better than anyone else. How silly of her to think she could fool them. But it wasn’t like Blake hadn’t noticed something seemingly bothering Weiss as well. She just thought that as usual, Weiss wished to keep quiet about it. 

“ You didn’t startle me. I just never really took you as the nightly stroll type, ” Words did not mean to offend her teammate, “ But. I’m just enjoying some fresh air. The moon was up and bright, so I thought I’d enjoy the cool air. What about you, Weiss? What brought you out here? ”

But there was almost no way she could sleep tonight and hopped that Blake would not mind her company for the moment. “I could not sleep. Its been some what hard as of late. But I would assume you are about the same. Its not hard to notice your late night strolls Blake.” Weiss was not about to admit that she was some what worried about Blake and all the stress of late.”

The faunus couldn’t help but to worry for her teammate, hearing of her having a restless night and decided it couldn’t be so bad to have her join along. “ Of course it’s alright, Weiss. I don’t mind. ” And that was a pretty honest reply. Blake enjoyed her time alone but sometimes it was night to have some company, someone to help keep the shadows from overcoming her thoughts filled with guilt and sorrow. 

Though it was her mention on her lack of sleep and walks that made her sigh. “ Just a lot on my mind.. It’s easier to walk around and think it out or just walk to keep my mind off of it. ”
