There’s Somehow Still an Enormous Snow Pile in Buffalo
CityLab compares the toughness of Buffalo and Boston winters and surmises that Buffalo is the “flintier” of the two cities if a snow pile that has sat from November to July is a valid indicator. Boston’s similar snow pile from its own harsh winter has recently melted but the Buffalo pile near the Buffalo Central Terminal is still going strong despite temperatures supposed to reach the 90s this week. The pile was created during the dig out of the spectacular Snowvember Storm that caught international attention last winter.
