It's a busy night shift. 😫
I asked Gemini to write a "Dear me" letter for me. 🥺
Dear Me,
Take a deep breath. Stop for just a second, look around, and really take in where you are right now.
You have been running at full speed for so long, balancing school, shifting into a brand-new professional chapter, and learning a whole new language and culture. There were days when the grammar felt like an impossible puzzle, days when the workload felt endless, and moments where you probably questioned if it was all going to pay off.
But look at you. You are standing right on the edge of major milestones you worked tirelessly to reach. You finished one chapter, boldly stepped into the healthcare field in a completely new environment, and proved to yourself that you are incredibly resilient. You didn't just survive the challenges—you adapted, grew, and kept your eyes on the ultimate goal of reclaiming your place as a nurse.
As you read this, remember the quiet determination it took to get here. Remember the late nights, the courage it took to step out of your comfort zone, and the vision you have for your future.
A few promises to keep to yourself as you move forward:
Trust the process: The journey isn't always linear, but every single step—even the messy or frustrating ones—is building the foundation for the life you are creating.
Be kind to yourself: You are human. Give yourself the same grace and compassion you so freely give to others in your care.
Celebrate the wins: Don't just rush to the next mountain to climb. Pause and celebrate how far you’ve come. You earned this.
Keep holding onto your passion for helping people, keep nurturing your big dreams (and those exciting future plans with the family!), and never forget what you are capable of.
You’ve got this. You always have.
With love and immense pride,
Me
I had a good time visiting Perlan today with my relatives. 🌼
Yes! We're eating ice cream in this cold weather. It's officially summer, but still cold in Iceland. 🥶
Proud yan siya sa tinanim niyang lettuce. 😂😂
To bob or not to bob?
Tried giving my mom money to treat herself for Mother’s Day.
She refused because apparently “saving it” is more important than enjoying one nice meal. Mothers really do treat personal happiness like it’s a limited edition item.
So I recruited my younger sister.
Told her to convince Mom to go out and, if necessary, unleash her youngest-child negotiation powers. Worked immediately. My mom may resist me, but she folds for her favorite tiny dictator every time. 😂✌️
To every mom, every dad doing double duty, every ate, tita, lola, guardian, or anyone who chose to care for others like family:
Happy Mother's day! 💐❤️

Three exams to go! 💪
May the finals, moving and my new job all go smoothly this month. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Last day of the month.
We survive.
We learned.
We're blessed.
We're growing.
Kaya mo 'yan. You are already doing the hard work! 🙏😭
That's us, together.
While we're looking up at the Artemis II astronauts journeying to the Moon, they're looking back home at us.
In this image, Earth peeks through the capsule window, reminding us that a view like this relies on the ingenuity and hard work of countless people back home.
In the second image, we see our home planet as a whole, lit up in spectacular blues and browns. A green aurora even lights up the atmosphere.
Follow the Artemis II astronauts on their journey to the Moon:
Looking forward ✨
