Masc/androgynous th1nspo save me
Having an 3d that stems from gender dysphoria … those who know know. This is an extra special layer of hell. This feels like inescapable, suffocating, perpetual body horror. I want to cut myself out of this flesh prison<3
Was trying on some dresses the other day and that. That was everything I needed to see. I’m locked in. I’ve reached that low again where there’s no question in my mind.
Going to sleep on an empty stomach is actually the best feeling mmmmmm🖤

Easiest hack to stop late night cravings:
sleep early and tell yourself whatever you’re craving, you can have for breakfast. Works every time! And every time I wake up, I barely feel hungry anymore and I make much better decisions on what I should eat.

Things that have been working like crazy:
Set your c@l limit less than what you need to lose w3ight, so even when you break it you’re still in a deficit.
Just cut the portions in half or 2/3rds. I always end up realizing I didn’t actually need the rest of it to feel comfortable.
Drink enough water, around 2-3L a day, which sounds like a lot, but it’s only 4-6 refills of a 500ml water bottle over the whole day. Warm water makes me feel really good since I’m cold most of the time.

One of my best friends is so gorgeous and sk1nny and my fav th1nspo in the best way ever❤ every morning she makes herself a london fog and has an open sandwich (just ham on two slices of bread) and goes to work, studies, she usually has one small meal and some pretzels throughout the day but otherwise that's all. She's the best reminder that "naturally sk1nny" means e4ting whatever you want in SMALL P0RTIONS (she's never had an 3d, only a small app3tite.)

Woke up and had breakfast, only black coffee, though usually I've been making breakfast for myself these days and it stops me from b1nging. I think today I'll just survive off monster(s), and maybe a some fruit, I have so much work to catch up on. I have some leftover fries at school so I should have a few bites of that and that's it.
Thoughts this morning:
On Sunday my friend had a london fog
2 slices of pizza
A coke and some pretzels
Its not hard at all
Its so simple
Just eat only when you're hungry
