I like how pokemon fangames try so hard to be Edgy and Mature (TM). It’s like the developers are trying hard to deny that pokemon’s light, happy, optimistic nature is one of the franchise’s charms.

Another quiet night, it would seem. Despite his affinity for ghosts, Ecruteak’s more traditional nature doesn’t lend to much observation of foreign holidays.
