IMPERIAL SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
Citizens of the Empire,
We are well aware of the demands of the Great Energy War. Too many parents have been forced to choose between their duty to protect the Empire and their duty to protect their children.
No citizen should have to choose.
That is why the Imperial Science Division created the Elysium Project.
Within a carefully cultivated star system, the Elysium worlds have been designed by our beloved Harvesters to provide the ideal environment for childhood development. Among these worlds, none is more celebrated than Eden.
On Eden, every child is guaranteed a safe home, a quality education, nutritious food, and a supportive community. Each Edenizen will grow up within a nuclear-style neighborhood centered around a large grassy park to encourage social interaction.
No resident of Eden will be born aware to the horrors of war.
As they mature, all Edenizens are encouraged to pursue higher education, build families of their own, or journey beyond Eden's skies to serve the wider Empire. Unlike attempts by pre-imperial administrations, no parent looking to send their child to Eden will be forced to do more than regular military service.
If you are expecting a child whom you cannot safely provide for, speak with your nearest emergency services representative. Transportation to the Elysium System will be provided by the Ark program. Any further questions can be directed to the Eden Ethics Council.
Every abandoned child will receive the perfect environment under the eye of the Emperor.
