Taking a short break from work to cook pasta for snacks. There is this chunky chicken in a can given by a friend from the US so I used it. Turns out there is indeed a big chunk of chicken breast I made this Chicken Pasta of some sort. I put in capers and cheddar cheese. Before serving, I also added a generous amount of parmesan.
