Lost 2 kg in 1,5 weeks of being on my healthy fase
Do notice that if i eat less that i hold on to more water, and gain a little.
If i eat normal ( breakfast, lunch, dinner, with dessert being a water popsicle ) and I walk for 1,5 to 2hrs, I will lose weight so quickly.
I've been eating around 1300 to 1500 ( I try to reach 1500 but sometimes I just can't eat that much)
Consisting of:
- soy yogurt
- fruits
- veggies
- eggs, salmon, veg schnitzels etc
- cookies (in moderation)
- bread or crackers
- (and more)
It's just all healthy, no processed junkfood and I feel good. Ofc in the last 1,5 weeks I have had take out pizza and some chips as well, but bc I was still in een calorie deficit, I managed to still lose weight.
