Online Chat to be added to EduGuide.org
We have been in the process of testing Olark as a live chat solution on our site. A link labeled “Chat with us” will appear in the site navigation and in the path side menu when someone is online. Users will always have the option of opening a ticket with our helpdesk using the “Help” tab, so when nobody is online there will still be an easy way to get in touch with us.
I’ll post an update when this does go live, so everyone has the chance to try it out.
