The Trouble with Instagram (Part 1: Basic Terms)
On this post, I will write a few things I like and a few things I hate about the new Basic Terms on Instagram.
1.You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
-I agree with this term. There are some who are mature enough to use this app but there are way too many who ruin it with their ignorance and immaturity.
2.You may not post violent, nude, partially nude, discriminatory, unlawful, infringing, hateful, pornographic or sexually suggestive photos or other content via the Service.
-I follow a few Suicide Girls and they ALL share some of these types of photos. Just like their rival sites. Especially if they are trying to promote a new "set" they just released. Not even if you censor it will it be okay. But other then provocative pictures, this pretty much means you can not take pictures in a bikini either. And that's how many girls get on the popular page in the first place. I partially approve of this. But only partially. I'll miss my SG feed!
6.You must not defame, stalk, bully, abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate people or entities and you must not post private or confidential information via the Service, including, without limitation, your or any other person's credit card information, social security or alternate national identity numbers, non-public phone numbers or non-public email addresses.
-Yes, I agree. 100%. I am sick of all these pathetic children pretending to be 1D, Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato, etc. Get the fuck off! And I'm not even going to get into the people who insult others because they're jealous of them. Hopefully one day you will be mature enough to realize how pathetic you are right now.
17. Violation of these Terms of Use may, in Instagram's sole discretion, result in termination of your Instagram account. You understand and agree that Instagram cannot and will not be responsible for the Content posted on the Service and you use the Service at your own risk. If you violate the letter or spirit of these Terms of Use, or otherwise create risk or possible legal exposure for Instagram, we can stop providing all or part of the Service to you.
- This pretty much means that Suicide Girls accounts will be exterminated unless they take down their "sexually suggestive" content. Meaning any photo that they are not fully clothed in. Why do I only mention SG girls? Because they are less "slutty" than your average girl pretending not to be a slut. Therefore, they're the only ones I care about. This also removes wannabes (people who pretend to be Justin Bieber, etc.)!

P.S. If you fall into any of these categories I suggest you remove all content that violates the terms. If you refuse to not express yourself the way YOU want to, then leave Instagram and get a different app with less pathetic idiots that only care about the amount of followers and likes they have. That's what I'll be doing.
P.P.S. Why doesn't everyone get on tumblr? I am going to delete all of my photos on Instagram but I will not be deleting the app. But only because most of the people I follow there, don't have tumblr. Therefore Instagram is the only way I can see their photos.
