“Okay, how about we don’t fall and break ourselves today.” Lucas caught her before she fell, slightly laughing.

“apparently, if some annoying ass teenage boy comes up to you and tells you that you look 12, responding with ‘ yeah on a scale of one to ten ‘ is not an answer he’ll like.”

I know today is already going to be a long day. I’m already on my fifth cup of tea and I’m still can’t seem to get awake. Thank goodness tomorrow is Friday.

Tea doesn’t help me at all to stay awake. It’s usually coffee that does the trick.

Hearing him Spencer nodded,”I’m okay.”She really wasnt but she was hoping the lie was coming off as the truth.

“Alright then...” He nodded, not really knowing if she was lying or not cause she did seem really out of it. “Well if you need someone to talk to, feel free to find me.”

“Good. I don’t really think anyone would love a prison sentence.”

“Mama isn’t really all that bad, either. She’s just a bit protective is all. But, running away to another country would be great and all – romantic and stuff. But, I don’t think now would be the time for that with me about to start my senior year and all that.”

“I just hope she doesn’t end up killing me. We can run away after you graduate then. We can go anywhere you want.”

Spencer was in her on little world, worrying like she always does. She didn’t even hear the person as they were talking to her. After two or three minutes passed she realised it was she who they were speaking to,”huh?”

“I was just asking if you were okay. You seemed a little bit out of it.” Lucas smiled slightly making sure the girl was okay.

“I guess but…my mom always gets pissed when I do it ‘cause I usually stay out all night.”
