Announcement: My business partner and I have decided to go back to truck driving for a bit to raise the money needed to get our food trailer, and funds for our marketing and branding. We will also be starting our YouTube channel about our daily journey on the road and the road to getting our food trailer. Traditional financing is not an option as I want EggRose to be essentially debt free.

With that being said, our next order will be set for December 2021 to make sure that our customers get their holiday platters. We will be going back to orders at certain times because we will be out on the road up to 3 months at a time. We are on a mission to put EggRose on the map for good!!!

EggRose just went through an entire brand Identity and design project. It was amazing! What we found is that we have a lot of work to do! Because the Philippines is the melting pot of the Pacific Ocean. We are suspending our peach pie EggRose for the moment. Peaches are too soft and don't hold well in the wrappers, and canned peaches are out of the question. We pride ourselves in fresh and authentic! We are searching for the right firmness of peaches. But, peaches will be out of season soon. Simple tip: Did you know that you can make homemade pizza by using the Pillsbury Grand Biscuits Flaky Layers as the crust? Just use a deep dish (I'm using my Pampered Chef Casserole Stoneware) and mash the biscuits at the bottom first, add your sauce, and add your toppings.
