I’m not saying shit about this one LMFAO. If I even said the game this was based off (no, not Class of 09), y’all would crucify me. KEY WORD: BASED OFF. I have changed a lot LOL
why morals and logic doesn't exist on an awareness scale ?
As you know, as a shifter/manifestor, there is an infinite number of realities. Which also means, for example, that there are as many realities where eating pizza for breakfast every day is normal as there are realities where it isn’t. The same goes for when you put a cup of hot coffee in a cold room: it will always cool down until it reaches room temperature, because this is a direct consequence of the laws of thermodynamics. There are as many realities where this is logical as there are where it isn’t.
Now apply that on a bigger scale to whatever you want. This could be the biggest crime or something as small as slapping your brother because he annoys you. Keep in mind that we are everything at once, and we just choose where we are. Do you get what I mean?
If there are as many places where something is good as there are where it is bad, and knowing that you are every one of those things at once, where it is both good and bad, then it just means that there is no absolute good and no absolute bad because they balance each other out.
I know this doesn’t please everybody, but this is the truth. When I explain this to my shifter friends and see their reactions, I really understand how deep this reality logic and morality are in our minds. Obviously, it’s normal, it’s your anchor point, but you can’t judge everything based on that point.
Everything you think is logically and morally correct or wrong is just an illusion. There is not even something that is strictly bad or good; it’s just our way of categorizing different behaviors.
And before some of y’all say, “You’re just saying this to justify all the bad things you’ve done,” no, I’m not, because good and bad just don’t exist as absolute truths; it’s a perception, a point of view. ( i've just shifted to eat a lot and crack my s/o)
Obviously, if you are in a reality where something is considered immoral, don’t do it, because it is against the rules of that reality. Since you are in that reality, your actions are based on its rules. So now we can say that something is good or bad within that framework. But like I said, that is only within the rules of that reality. So no you can't be a racist because " morals and logic doesn't exist on an awareness scale 🤓" since what you're doing is within the rules of that reality.
As a shifter/manifestor, your only job is to select the reality and feel the peace.
Leave the heavy lifting, the physics, the timing, and the logistics to the universe.
The panic you feel? That is just your ego demanding proof and trying to figure out the "how." Once you start observing your emotions and thoughts very well, you understand that it is not you talking—it’s just your ego. And because you are the observer, you have all the power: you observe it, you realize you don’t like it, and you throw it away.
So read this phrase until it sinks into your bones:
"I am not suffering because I don't have it. I am at peace because I accept that I already do."
Stop letting your damn ego get to you, its already done. Anyways bye brookies ><
remember this: you do not need to do anything in order to get what you want
its you who decides the rules
if you think that you need to work on self-concept, then thats what will happen, and you will need to work on self-concept in order to manifest
if you believe its necessary to think about your manifestations, affirm every time you think about it, thats what reality shows you, and you will have to affirm a lot in order to get your desires (hence it working out tho! because you assumed it :) )
if you think that it takes time for manifestations to show up? it takes time
-> if you think that you have to believe it doesnt take time for them to show up? you have to believe it first for them to not take time, you get what im saying?
if you decide that none of your doubts have any impact, they wont
if you decide that you need to know everything there is to know about manifesting, if you constantly feel the need to re-read reddit posts or you will 'forget' how to do it, thats what reality shows you
if you decide that you need to let go of manifestations, that you cant think about them after you manifested or it will interfere with them? thats what will happen
if you decide that you have to live as the version who already has everything you desire, thats what you'll have to do for manifestations to show up
wake up: you decide
you make the rules! if you feel most comfortable shifting by counting to 100, thinking about your DR, or entering the void - great! that’s what will help you shift. you don’t have to force yourself to "just let it happen naturally" or act super detached about it. if you believe you have to have a certain mindset, but you genuinely don’t feel that way, then of course nothing will happen - unless you assume that your mindset has no impact at all, obviously!
if you're not comfortable with letting go, if you think that through letting go you'll not be able to shift? no worries, then don't let go! or just simply decide that no matter what you do, it has already happened; if you had let go, or if you didnt, doesnt matter!
YOU are the source, the creator, the experiencer; therefore you decide. there are no rules. there is NOTHING that you need to know in order to shift that you didn't know before. you already have it all
just chill tf out, there's no need to stress about what to do or what not to do when it is you who controls all; do what YOU want, it will work out regardless, if you decide that it will. or don't and just know it is you who controls everything :)
maybe the problem is that you’re over-romanticising your dr to the point where it becomes this perfect, distant place sitting on a pedestal. but your dr isn’t supposed to feel unreachable.
your dr is real, and real life includes messy moments, awkward moments, and completely unglamorous ones.
you’re going to have ups and downs there too. you’re going to stub your toe, get stomach aches, stand up too fast and feel dizzy, say “you too” when the waiter tells you to enjoy your food, and then think about it for the next three hours.
that’s what makes it real. not the aesthetic version you keep building in your head.
maybe the issue is that you’ve been focusing too much on making your scripts pretty, turning your dr into something aesthetic and curated through pinterest moodboards, edits, and posts. and maybe that feels comforting because it gives you a sense of closeness to something you haven’t fully experienced yet.
but there’s a difference between visualising and postponing.
because sometimes, all that “preparation” becomes a loop. you keep designing, refining, scrolling, imagining, updating, and calling it progress, when in reality, it might just be a very comfortable form of delay.
instead of shifting, you end up living in the “pre-shift”.
so ask yourself this honestly: are you creating… or are you avoiding?
are you afraid that if you actually try, you might not succeed?
because failure isn’t even real here. not in the way you think. there is no fixed outcome you can fall short of. there is no authority judging whether you did it “right” or “wrong”.
failure only exists when you define it as a stopping point. but nothing actually stops you here. nothing can revoke your awareness or your ability to experience.
you don’t “fail” and get sent back to zero. you simply experience something, interpret it, and continue.
you are not being graded, you are not being tested, and you are certainly not competing for permission to exist in another state of reality.
you are the awareness behind the entire experience. you are the one it all comes from. and if that’s true, then nothing you do can take you further away from it.
and maybe the more you keep polishing the idea of your dr, the more you delay actually stepping into it.
so maybe it’s time to try something different.
and remember, you have the power of choice. that gives you the ultimate control.
so choose to stop decorating it, stop preparing, stop waiting for the perfect version of it, stop delaying.
let it be messy. let it be ordinary. let it be real.
I didn't shift- No- I did- it's already happened. It's done. It's done. It's done. It's done. I did it. I did it. I can- I did it-
Chill. Seriously. Chill.
You can say that you didn't shift. That you don't have hope anymore. That you don't believe you'll ever shift. Literally anything babe. Words are words. You're just expressing feelings. That's all words ever do. That's literally the point of them. To express the feeling.
It's okay to feel this way. Whatever the feeling is. Relax or don't if you're pissed off right now! It literally doesn't matter. Feel. Scream. Shout. Be negative as hell. Let it out.
You think that way cause you feel that way. Let it pass through.
Let’s pretend I didn’t ghost y’all since last year, alright? ^-^"
Here’s a chunky post. Grab snacks, or just skip ahead to the end if you’re impatient.
Lots of folks are really devoted to visualizing their DR, but honestly, I’ve just realized that’s only half the story and kind of the weaker half, too. What actually matters is proprioception. Bless you.
In plain terms, proprioception is your built-in “where the fuck am I now?” sense.
That thing that lets you poke your own nose, eyes closed, without somehow smacking yourself in the face.
And I’d bet this thing is what could really help people shift. Without needing to visualize (a treat for my friends with aphantasia).
Visualization? It’s fine. Think of it as concept art, cool for vibes, inspiration, and motivation mostly.
But proprioception is feeling like you are somewhere vs. watching a movie about being somewhere.
Consider dreams for a second. They’re often weirdly fuzzy and disconnected, but you still know you’re somewhere else, not because the visuals are spot-on, but because you physically feel placed. You sense your weight, your orientation, where your limbs are.
Proprioception’s doing the really heavy lifting, while your brain is kinda busy generating random visual nonsense.
Still, everyone always seems to default to “visualize harder!”
Like, no? Not needed?
Sight’s just one sense, and honestly, it isn’t even in the top 2 of the most reliable ones.
Ask someone who’s blind if their world feels less solid or real just because they can’t see. (Actually, don’t bother them, but you get the idea.)
Visuals aren’t the full story. What you see isn’t even that real. Light hits the retinas, sends some electric signals, and your brain makes a guess:
“Yep, that’s green.”
But is it really? Or is “green” just your brain interpreting data and someone else sees something completely different?
Like the “the dress is blue & black/ no the dress is white & gold” situation. Both versions are correct and true, since their brain guessed the color based on the signal it got.
So my wild guess is that you don’t need crystal-clear mental images of your DR. At all.
Everything you see IRL is already just a very convincing and accurate guess.
We live in a culture that worships visuals, screens, selfies, “pics or it didn’t happen.”
When someone says “feel yourself in your DR,” our brain instantly translates that to “see myself there” and people start straining, trying to produce images while totally ignoring their actual sense of presence.
It’s like someone tells you to listen and you just stare harder at the speakers.
Then you get people thinking they can’t shift because the images aren’t clear enough (aphantasia again) when their sense of location is actually the one screaming, “We’re in CR!” but, well, they’ve been told to ignore it. Kinda.
Now, philosophical tangent.
Your brain doesn’t “know” reality. It gets inputs and makes guesses.
Sight? That’s light hitting retinas.
Sound? That’s vibrations.
Touch? Pressure.
The brain pieces these together as well as it can to go: “Okay, I’m in a room. Probably.”
Proprioception is the anchor. It’s telling your brain: “I’m here, facing this way, arms here, legs there. That was something hard, probably a wall I ran into.”
When you dream, the signals get scrambled.
When you dissociate, things feel fuzzy.
When you’re drunk, goodbye spatial awareness.
See the pattern?
Feeling “real” boils down to proprioception.
Vision? Easy to fool with optical illusions, hallucinations, VR headsets, whatever.
Proprioception? Not as easy, but doable.
So shifting is very likely not about tricking your eyes. It’s probably just convincing your brain you’re somewhere else and to finally update the fucking data stream because the previous one sucks ass.
Another wild part: your brain doesn’t have a body. It’s got a map of a body.
A simulation basically, constantly updated by electrical gossip from joints and muscles.
It’s like a controlled hallucination of where you are and it usually matches reality, but doesn’t have to.
“Where you are” isn’t fixed, it just tends to feel that way, since we are kinda conditioned to assume we are our body.
Every time you shift, you would simply be updating the way your brain interprets the data it gets.
New data stream, new location.
Your brain already flips between dream body and waking body every night, which are totally different maps, but both work.
If it’s that easy to switch… maybe switching to your DR body is just as easy?
Kind of a trip, melted my brain a tiny bit.
Also: you’re not even “in” your brain, really. You’re more like consciousness floating in the void, getting live updates from your meat suit?
Your whole sense of self is your brain’s best guess, all for survival.
We’re piloting a body with rather questionable software (brain piloting a meatsuit, anyone?).
Of course shifting works. The whole system is held together with tape and perception. Just retape the wires or something like that.
How to use the sense of location for shifting:
Body Scan - Don’t just notice tension. Really feel it.
“My shoulders are here, relative to my hips, taking up this much space.”
Map yourself. See how location is something you’re creating.
Phantom Limb Play - Puppeteer method anyone???
Move limbs without actually moving. Imagine extras, tail, wings, whatever works. Don’t try to see them. Just sense their weight, movement, momentum when they move.
Blind Navigation - Move around your DR with eyes closed. Don’t rely on visuals. Feel the distance you have left before running into a wall, the floor beneath you, objects, the whole room. Know your place without ever needing to look.

First off, @/calebslittlecrow explained it so much better in their post so go give it a read if you want to know what proprioception is in detail.
Explaining it briefly, proprioception is the sense that allows you to know where you are right now. If you close your eyes, you can sense where you are standing and what is around you. Its your spatial and object awareness no matter where you are.
At the time that I was using this, I didn't even have a name for it because I myself didn't know what it was. I just couldn't visualise at all because I have complete aphantasia and I have been using proprioception since childhood.
Before going to bed, I would "feel" the room and the furniture around me, kind of like checking things off a list. "My cupboard is there, my nightstand is here..." It helped me fall asleep quicker lol kind of like counting sheep.
Using it for shifting!
Its actually really simple. When you are shifting you tell yourself that you are in your DR right? You visualise and you affirm in your favor.
Instead, just close your eyes and try to pinpoint where everything is right now. Where are you standing/sitting/laying down in your DR? Whatever room/place you are shifting to, try to feel the objects that are around you in that exact time and place that you are shifting to.
If you turn to your left, what will be the first thing you see when you open your eyes? No need to recite them out loud or in your head. Just know and feel.
You don't have to actually touch anything or feel any sensations. Just know and accept.
You can practice it by first closing your eyes and establishing where everything is in your CR room. "My beds there, my TV is there, to my left is my table..." and then try turning your head towards each object with your eyes still closed. Try to feel the presence of each object without actually touching it.
Afterwards, open your eyes and see if everything was where you felt it would be.
When you're done, try the same with your DR bedroom/wherever you are shifting to. You can just practice it with no expectations and you might just end up shifting without even noticing it.
Proprioception, when used like this, makes you really immersed in your DR. You begin to actually expect that those objects are where you assume they would be if you were in your DR. You expect that when you open your eyes you'll see them there and you'll be in your DR.
Here's the trick
While using this, assume that you are already in your DR and you're just checking things off the list. Making sure everything is where you scripted it would be. That would help immerse you even more. I also suggest looking at a picture/visual of the exact place that you will be in as you shift so that it can help with placing yourself there in first person.
You can either pair it with a method or just on its own. Either way you'll probably shift.
My experience with this.
I already mentioned that I used this since I was a kid (for things unrelated to shifting) so it made more sense for me personally.
The months before I began to shift on command, I would do this exercise before going to sleep. Just checking things off a list and feeling their presence as if I was already in my dr.
It just made my DR feel that much more real and tangible, I have shifted many times with it as well. Before I even knew it, I would feel my DR around me. The bed changing, the cool air from the window, the smell of flowers, my s/o snoring in my ear.
literally just going to bash mh head into a wall if i dont fucking shift soon idek if its only for a few second but damn let me just experience something g outside of this reality for once omfggggggg
ive been waiting for this my whole life why tf is it taking almost a decade like what
and dont chastise me and tell me im manifesting it no i am not i rebuke u LMFAO let me just bitch for a minute….
like its not even that my life here sucks im just bored. i would like to explore and have adventures!!! or even just jack off in my wr idgaf just something LOL PLZ
⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ 𓂃 you’re trying to feel your dr with your cr senses
⠀a lengthy shifting guide
why is it so hard to shift from your cr to your dr but not so much vice versa? you’ve spent the first large chunk of your life believing this reality to be the full extent and foundation of existence. even if you now logically understand this not to be the case, the years spent curating and deepening a mental, emotional, and physical anchor to this reality has warped your perception of reality and instilled in to you the subconscious idea that your cr is the default. and in treating it as the default, the end all be all, and in compromising with it, you reinforce the idea that you are attached or stuck here—that it is even a place to get stuck in in the first place. not only do you trap yourself in this reality and grant it power over you that it does not actually have, you start viewing your cr as the “starting point” too, and shifting as some form of transportation from point A to point B. accompanying this belief is an imagined distance created between your current reality and desired reality. you might’ve already recognised this in yourself; the feeling that your dr is somehow faraway, a place that needs to be travelled to.
it’s important to make and internalise the distinction between a shift in realities as an act of metaphysical travel, and a shift in realities as a shift in focus. imo the former is a much better descriptor for what shifting actually is in essence. i will go into more depth later, but a byproduct of being raised the way you were, growing up knowing nothing but your cr and rooting & centring yourself wholly (confined) within it, is the over identification you end up developing with your cr self. you are not living reality, you are watching it. but after years of the constant unbroken immersion, the two become almost impossible to distinguish. you define yourself by and take on as if they were your own the thoughts and identity and feelings of the “vessel” you are observing, and let them dictate how you experience reality. the lines begin to blur between you; your cr self, and you; your awareness/the observer.
feel your hand. don’t touch it, but notice it’s weight and temperature, or the air around it. now feel the feeler. can you feel yourself? or your body, maybe? now go a step further and feel the one feeling. you probably aren’t fully able to, but this is the observer. “the observer”, or the state of being after breaking the immersion, is you in your natural or purest state. it has also been described as pure awareness, the void state, ego death, sakshi, the self, anatta, and interpreted in different ways across a multitude of different religions and branches of spirituality & philosophy, all used as a means to an end for different things. fyi—i’m not saying you have to completely forsake your cr identity or start ignoring/dismissing your senses or thoughts to shift, just understand that those things don’t define you or your reality. the means to the end here is just getting a point across and hopefully helping improve with the approach you take to shifting. all of this to say, you’re not travelling from point A to point B. point A and B are not places you can (technically) even travel to or exist in, because you’re just watching/observing/being aware of. shifting is not the transportation of a self from one location to another. shifting is simply changing what is focused on/experienced; from one stream of experience to another. a shift in focus.
to summarise, you as in your ego, the you in this cr as you know it, your body, your brain, your thoughts, your identity, don’t actually go or shift anywhere. you, your awareness, in favour of perceiving you, your cr self, the one sat at your computer or phone or whatever reading this right now, starts perceiving a different you/ego/self—one that could have the exact same personality, memories, and thoughts, just in another realty, or one that is a different person entirely. there is only a change or “shift” for the observer, not the cr self or ego. so stop trying to feel your dr with your cr senses. you’re not going to. you’re so immersed in your cr and cr self that you automatically rely on this reality’s bodies’ senses to gauge your success when you try to shift, waiting for your cr self to get a cue that it’s never going to get. the surroundings your cr self feels aren’t going to go anywhere. nor are your senses going to shut off. your cr body will continue to receive sensory information, because that’s what bodies do. so don’t lie there expecting your bedsheets to disappear or magically warp into your dr surroundings or something and feel like you’ve failed when they don’t. shifting is not about somehow willing your surroundings to change or lying in your room forcefully convincing yourself that your senses are feeling something else, it’s about acknowledging what’s beyond those senses. feeling and connecting to what your dr self feels.
if you can still feel your cr, it’s not you feeling it, it’s your cr self. and you are not your cr self.
you can apply this to your thoughts too. your thoughts are no less your cr self’s than your senses are. if you start getting doubts mid attempt or can’t let go of the thought or feeling that you’re not in your dr, remind yourself that you are not your feelings or thoughts or doubts. you are simply observing them. of course your cr self will think that they’re still in their cr, they are. just ignore them and shift your attention elsewhere. your focus and awareness are what dictate what you experience, if you relinquish your focus from your cr and direct it to your dr instead, that’s where you’ll “be”.
obviously there’s no one set way to shift, so if you want you can stop reading here and apply this information to your shifting journey in whatever way suits you. if you’re interested in my method though, here’s the compilation of all this info into practical steps you can actually take to shift.
get comfortable somewhere you won’t be disturbed. close your eyes and focus on what you can see. the light behind your eyelids, shapes, colours, whatever. but instead of automatically interpreting these sensations as belonging to your cr, allow them to become sensory input from your dr. light? that’s coming from the lamp by the xyz in your dr bedroom. or maybe your in a field if that’s a fitting setting for your dr, and it’s the sun shining down on you. shapes? that’s because you’ve been lying down with your eyes closed for a while now, you’re tired after your classes or job or whatever you do in your dr. even if it’s nothing at all, let it be your drs nothing. just feel it. do this for about a minute.
then move onto your body. whether it’s sinking, lightness, tingling, focus on it. and do the exact same as you did for the previous step, interpret it as input coming from your dr. don’t worry if you can still feel your body lying in your bed, because your surroundings aren’t going to change—at least not physically. again, those sensations belong to your cr self, and they don’t prevent awareness from directing itself elsewhere. the goal here is to shift your focus away from them and onto something else, so hyperfocusing on your cr and worrying about your surroundings is counterintuitive. just gently guide your attention back to your dr, really try feel your dr surroundings and what your dr body is currently feeling. if you can’t fully avert your focus away from your cr, that’s fine, at the very least just try receive/tap into the input coming from your dr alongside your cr.
finally focus on what you can hear. if you’ve already managed to make a connection with your dr through your sight and physical senses just build up on what you’ve already got. feel grass tickling your skin? deepen the connection there by focusing on the sound now too, the wind blowing through it. see light behind your eyes? focus on the hum of the lights.
repeat these exercises over and over, deepening the connection with each cycle. if you don’t manage to get anything the first cycle just keep going until you do. it might take some practice. like i mentioned before, after spending so much time here and being in constant attunement with your cr self, the sense that your cr is the default starts to take root and it can be difficult to shake the feeling that you’re just indefinitely “here”. it’s normal for it to take some time to learn how to question this feeling and push past it. since you've never (technically?) been aware of anything outside of this reality, learning how to do so can be a bit like learning how to use a muscle you've never used before.
this method operates on the idea that reality is something that is tuned into through focus & narrowed awareness and not something metaphysically travelled across, so for the most success with it, i’d recommend starting to make a conscious effort to see your dr less like a place and more like a wavelength or channel, a perspective already existing beyond your current focus. shifting to your dr then becomes an effort to notice and receive input from this channel/wavelength, input that already exists out there and that simply needs to be acknowledged. you’re just picking up on what’s already there, feeling something that a version of you already feels.
persist in the belief that reality is observed and flexible. you’re not "stuck" anywhere unless you believe you are.
ok im pretty sure i entered either the void ir just sleep paralysis this morning???
i had woke upbut kept going back ti sleep and i was in this dream where i was a youtuber (a blonde guy NOT LOGAN OR JAKE PAUL LMFAO) and i was like recording a deep sea dive or smth? and i rm as i was going deeper and deeper my ears were feeling the pressure same w my lungs like i could feel my chest getting tighter and my ears like ringing and stopping up and hurting and the. all of a sudden it was pitch black… silent but my ears still hurt from the pressure before and like i didnt rlly process what was happeninh bc i had def woke up from the dream but i also wasnt fully aware of this reality either (couldnt feel my body) but i knew thats where i was before the dream and so i kinda was just like ???? the whole time in this state and eventually the video my phone was playing got louder gradually and it “woke me up”. but then i went back ti sleep after a few min and i rm it was like i was jerking my head up (motion wise visually not physically) and it was blavk but then as i opened my eyes i was in a church like k saw the stained glass over the pulpit and all ghe pews and stuff. and i rm running my fingers on ghe pews as i walked forward but dont rlly rm a sensation
interesting! give me ur input if u can… interested ig yall think ghis was void or sleep paralysis
