Jugend – Münchner illustrierte Wochenschrift für Kunst und Leben was an art and literary magazine published in Munich from 1896 to 1940. "Jugend" is the german name to the Art Nouveau movement. In addition to modern illustrations and ornamentation, satirical and critical texts also played a major role in the magazine.
