The way all the animosity leaves Spamton’s body the second Tenna admits he needs him is HILARIOUS. Like Spamton definitely recognized him the second he saw him.

No but like this is what I love about Wukong choosing Mk. Like I know we all kinda hate Wukong right now (even if his motivation makes sense in the context of his character) but one thing he did get right is the fact that he picked the right successor because he knew he had to choose someone BETTER THAN HIMSELF.

And I just think it’s cool how we really get to see that based on how Mk and Sun Wukong’s priorities are presented in the story.
