Heyo!! Just a notice, this blog has moved to @hiraeth-muse
This is an RP and drabble blog for the characters in my COD fanfic Burn Notice! I love writing for them, and they always end up having super entertaining interactions with other CCs and OCs, so I wanted to have them all in one place on a Multi-Muse blog. If you'd like to RP, feel free to drop me a message to plot, or you're welcome to throw me a starter in my asks if you'd prefer! CWs, guidelines, etc can be found here.
The Voices:
The Verses: Burn Notice. They're in the Walls. System Error.
((Dis me btw - gonna be my main rp blog from now on! 💕))
I know we're trying to keep this leveled and quiet from the others, but I want you to know, that even from afar I love you. I love you, heittelskuð. I will be by later to take you on a proper date this evening even if have to fight graves himself for your attention.
— 🌞 (you know who I am)
"Sorry, mi girasol, I've been worked off my ass lately. We'll be going on that date tonight, if you're free - Graves already knows his balls are on the line if anything gets in the way."
Usually you wouldn’t take kindly to someone entering your quarters without you knowing, but the bone knife sitting on your coffee table is pretty neat. Next to it is a note with a poorly drawn skull and the words “Happy Valentine’s Day.”
- @itsvargen
Freya types up a very late text in one hand, twirling the knife in the other.
"Good work on the knife. I appreciate it. I don't appreciate you leaving vent dust on my bed. Happy Valentine's Day, Vargen."
uhm… L.T… I may or may not have shaved my hair into a mohawk out of impulse and I may or may not need help fully shaving my head because it looks awful…
I’m about to cry
( @shadow-2-08 + sketch bcuz I highly regret my 2am hair choices)
"Amor, if you cry over hair I'm revoking your baking privileges. I'm sure it looks fine. But I'm on my way."
She is on her way, with her phone, already open on the camera app because there's no way she's not getting blackmail with this.
When Rudy next heads to his office, everything seems normal. Until he reaches his desk, where he finds a lacy, burgundy thong with a note sitting atop it in scribbled handwriting.
"Amor, I'm not good at sweet shit like you are. - Rabiosa xx"
@el-perro-rabiosa
The day had been long and ardous, his knee was aching and he was relieved to finally sit down at his desk, a tired sigh leaving his lungs as his arse found its way onto his used chair, the cushioning just right. He stays like that for a second, before finally looking down, dreading all the paper work he would still have to-
what-
What the- ! He stares, stupified for a second, a minute, before his hand darts out to grab the note, knuckles brushing along the soft lace sitting invitingly and temptingly on top of his files. His hand shakes as he reads it, and then he is smiling. His smiling turning to laughter quickly after and he is shaking his head, finally reaching out to gently take hold of the 'clothing' left behind by Freya.
He lets it run through his fingers before he pockets it gently, his cheeks burning with a blush that is not visible. He is quick to send her a message thanks to BAPs technological expertise. "You little minx." @el-perro-rabiosa ((Teebs here, I am dying of laughter of that one!! XD Hopefully no one came into the office in the meantime! ))
Freya grins as she reads the message, slipping her phone back into her pocket as she turns her attention back to training the recruits, who seem a little less terrified after seeing their Lieutenant blush.
"What? You think because I'm sweet on someone I won't crush your spines 'til you're forced to lick my boots? Get a fucking move on with your rifle assembly."
Once they're all decently distracted, she pulls the phone back out, tapping out a reply to Rudy, "You made me look soft. You'll pay for that. ...Te quiero."
Te quiero being the closest she can get to saying something actually heartfelt. The alternative fucking terrifies her, even if she does feel that sickening clench in her chest anytime she thinks about his eyes, those cute forehead wrinkles, his hands- shit, she's blushing again.
"Do you ever think how we will go out?" "Like, the final Thing? The last corner?" Rudy has his eyes closed, he can feel the grass at the bsck of his neck, the suns rays on his face, Alejandros head on top of his chest. He hums lowly, unseeingly lifting a hand to wibble wobble it around, as he thinks about Alejandros words.
"..yeah. Sometimes." He admits easily, voice calm and collected. His thoughts swirl back to the letters he left in his abuelas study, badly hidden under the teary understanding eyes of his abuela.
There is a friendly quiet between the two men, until Alejandro speaks again, one hand holding onto Rudys own. "What would you say on my funeral? If you call me something sweet im gonna haunt you."
"Oh, I would not go to your furneral." He can feel Alejandro shift his head to look at him, but Rudy does not open his eyes, a lazy grin on his lips.
"I would never allow you to die before me, so if you are dead, I would have died before trying everything to keep you alive."
The silence between them is filled with unspoken words, until Alejandro hits his leg.
"Bastard."
Her smirk only grew at his little threats, nails digging and scratching lightly over his scalp, a soft tut leaving her lips.
"Promises, promises, puta... More than forty ways to harm me? Mmh, now you're just teasing.~" Eyes darkening, head cocking subtly like a dog eyeing up a new toy, her tongue ran along her teeth, her piercing glinting from the underside of the muscle.
"You... Oh, you..." She began, taking in a deep breath, eyes locked determinedly on his own. "You know who you are. You know what you've done. You know why you deserve to die. That's why I'm here. But you know... I think I could do far worse than kill you. That hatred in your eyes, god it's like I've got a fucking e-stim on my spine. I can't kill you."
She leaned even closer, so close he could feel her breath fanning over his skin, hot and soft, "I can't lose that thrill just yet."
There was a slight twitch in her eye at the gunshot, less of a flinch and more an involuntary reaction to the volume as it set off a bout of tinnitus in her eardrum, her scowl shifting back into an almost salacious grin at his threat, scarred and manicured hands rising to rest daintily over his shoulders, a mockery of an embrace as she pressed her shoulder against the barrel of his gun.
"Oh no, amor, you fucked up your ceiling.~ And all because you want to play twenty questions...? How adorable." One hand inched around to the back of his neck, fingers carding through his hair as she played her little game of chicken. Who would back away first? "But go on. Ask your questions. Maybe if you're good I'll answer them."
@el-perro-rabiosa tempted fate;
Darkness laid like a blanket over the Konni building, all was still and peaceful within those fortified walls, bar a few security guards, though their ranks were gradually being thinned by the dog prowling the corridors, until she finally made it to the high-security private apartment at the top of the building.
Deft hands worked away at the lock on the door, hidden in the shadows of night, until the door swung open, revealing a rather angry looking Makarov
."Ah... I told them stealth isn't my thing." Freya muttered, giving a light shrug as she stood to her full height, quirking an eyebrow as she looked up at the slightly taller man. "I expected you to be taller."
Makarov would look down at Freya his eyes not flickering a single ounce of emotion even after her callous words. He was tall enough in his eyes , plus it wasn't like height necessarily meant anything when one was trying to cause destruction and unleash horrors that would twist the most fragile of minds.
However this insect before him had been a pain in his side for far to long. A little bug that had taken more than it could chew and now shed face the consequences to her actions
" замолчи. Do not speak unless you're spoken to грызун. "
How Makarov wished to ring her neck right now. The audacity that she was here..attempting to break into his "home" was despicable. Repulsive and invasive.
He was the only one who should be allowed to break into the lives of others. The only one to destroy... so having someone attempt and fail painfully was repulsive and disgusting to him.
" you have one minute to explain before you get a bullet through your skull... or even I'll make it more fun. I will shoot both your shoulders and then plant the last one right between your pathetic eyes."
Freya’s playful little grin dropped, the facade abandoned as she returned to her natural, unimpressed scowl, her top lip curling slightly as judgemental eyes roamed over the man before him.
“Rat. That’s a new one. Well, puta, you want to bury some lead in me?~” Her tone an obnoxious purr, she leaned in closer, eyes cold and stern, “Don’t threaten me with a good time, Cordero.”
It wasn’t that Makarov wasn’t intimidating. She wasn’t stupid, she knew he was a threat. But she’d met men like him before. She’d stared up at them as they opened her, back when she was far smaller, and they were far bigger. This man in front of her now.
He was small.

...ma? Sorry if I'm bothering, I know I shouldn't be here at all but I needed to... see you.
Badger sighs, coming into the office... eyes downcast and lip trembling while they hold their phone in their hand.
Price is gonna kill him for this..
@verytiredmedic
Freya pushed back from her desk, brows furrowed in concern, opening her arms wide for them, inviting him in for a hug.
“You could never bother me, niño. Come here. Now tell me, what did you need…?”
CW: *Implied substance relapse, DARK themes* (Open rp, but make sure you can mentally handle it)
Jeanz knew she shouldn't have. She shouldn't have let the dark thoughts, the ones she kept so well hidden, from everyone. But, she did. She managed to slip out of base, telling everyone she was heading to the pub for a drink, just to get away. She wasn't going for whiskey, but a completely different substance. Her thoughts had been catching up with her and she couldn't take it anymore, she broke. She had made it to the place she needed to be and back to the base in under an hour, heading for her room right away when she got back. Jeanz entered the room, making sure to lock the door behind her, falling victim to something she hadn't in years. After she felt she felt better, she put it away and sat on her bed, her legs curled up underneath her. Her heart was racing and she felt as if she had enough energy to run around base for three hours straight without tiring. She knew if anyone saw her, she wouldn't stop talking and they would know. So, Jeanz decided to do her best to distract herself, pulling out a book in hopes of distracting herself from what she had just done.
If she didn't distract herself, she knew she would start to spiral into the thoughts she was trying to escape.
Freya had seen the way Jeanz ducked through the corridors to her quarters, the way her hand was stuffed protectively in her pocket, her head hung low and gaze glued to the ground. She knew it all too well.
She stood outside the door, taking a deep breath before giving a light rap at the thick wood. "Jeanz, it's Freya. Can I come in?"
Jeanz froze, her head snapping up as she heard Freya, her heart going into overdrive, her eyes darting around the room. It was safely tucked away, but that itch scratched at the sergeants brain. However, she knew if she didn't open the door, Freya might break it down depending on the mood she was in. Jeanz only had to hope she could act normal. She took in a deep breath, setting her book down as she stood up. She walked over to the door, unlocking it and opening it, looking at Freya for a moment and then away. "Freya. What brings ye 'ere?" she asked in a mumble as she stepped to the side for the other to enter.
Freya pushed the door shut behind her, locking it again so no one would intrude, and helped herself to a seat on the redhead's bed.
"I'm not psychic, so I don't know what you did, but I know that look. I'm here to... Trip-sit you? Is that the phrase? But uh- was it a hallucinogen?" She patted the space beside her, eyeing the way Jeanz' hands were fidgeting at her sides.
Jeanz watched as Freya made herself comfortable, fidgeting with the hem of her shirt and her fingers in general, something she didn't even realize she was doing. "I didn't," she started protesting, her accent getting heavier, which was just another clue for what was going on, her eyes never looking at the other woman, "I...." She let out a sigh and collapsed against the wall next to her door, covering her face. "It wasn't a hallucinogen," she admitted in almost a whisper, the self hate slipping into her mind. She had been doing so good, so many years. Now look at her.
Shit, this isn't her...
Freya scooted down off the bed, moving to sit at Jeanz' side, not touching her yet but staying close.
"Are you okay for me to hold you?"
Jeanz didn't move her hands from her face, but she nodded her head as she slid down to the floor. "Y-yeah," she replied, her voice shaking, trying to even out her breathing. Fuck, it wasn't anything like this last time she did this.
Freya's arms wrapped around Jeanz slowly, pulling her into her side and gently soothing a hand over her hair, trying to help ground her with the sensation.
"Okay, if we're going to get you through this then I need to know what you're on, hermosa." Her tone was warm, but stern. She was doing this out of compassion for Jeanz, but she needed the other woman to work with her if she was going to have any chance of helping.
Jeanz leaned into Freya's touch, trying to focus on her breathing. She was quiet for a moment, a sense of utter shame filling her, but she knew she had to say it. "Cocaine," She admitted in a quiet voice, her tone full of shame and self blame. She shouldn't have gone out. Shouldn't have bought it. I shouldn't have taken it.
Freya slowly rubbed her hand up and down Jeanz’ back, giving her a rhythm to breathe in time with, inhale on the upstroke, exhale on the downstroke, Freya breathed in time as well to guide her.
“Cocaine… Okay, well, first thing is, don’t shit on yourself for this, hermosa. Healing and recovery are non-linear. No, you shouldn’t have done it, but also this doesn’t erase your progress.”
Tell me how the fuck I sneezed and threw out my back because of how powerful it was....
It’s because you’re old, jefe.~
