Someone asked me if it was too cold to swim. 1. The neighborhood pool is heated 2. What is with Californians thinking that anything under 80 is cold? Swimming or a jog here and there are really the extent of my 'work outs'. I've tried kick boxing but that didn't really stick. Any suggestions?
