Well, we don’t have customized stairs for the size of the little ones at the reception, but indeed we have an EQ reception especially designed for them. This is where the fun starts! A reception especially designed for kids, their own registration cards and badges, smiling kids club receiptionists ... From this moment the dear little ones are not only your children but also our very much honoured dear guests. When they have checked in and proceeded to their room, their pink or blue bathrobes will be ready for them as well as slippers, special soaps and shampoos and their milk in te minibar. Teddy Q, our miniclub’s mascot, waits for them on the bed – in short, everything is considered to make our little guests feel at home at Ela.

The children start out on their journey to their own world in Everland Q when they follow the bear’s footprints from the reception. Everland Q is an entertainment complex for babies, kids and youths from 1 to 17 years. EQ club members learn while playing and play while learning. It is our declared aim in the EQ (acronym for emotional intelligence) to contribute to the children’s personal development.
