i've always wanted a toddler mod for ts1 and i knew it was possible using dogs or cats, i would just need to do a ton of animations which i didn't know how to make at the time. now i know.

i did a simple standing pose for dogs and added it to a clone of the hydrant to test it

now all i need is an idle and crawling animation, and a base mesh, and i'll be ready to start the toddler project

My laptop is almost eight years old and really suffers in the heat now. During the summer I can barely play anything, but luckily I can always decorate a small living room in The Sims 1 :)

Both use the same meshes, the Sebastian is from Spec0, so big credits to them. And also big credits to Mixiate because this wouldn't be possible without their Blender add-on.

i thought @laxalot's arcade set was really good but it's such a bummer that the arcade machine is only decorative, so I made it functional. I would have made a gif to showcase this but I'm busy with college rn.

i'm really not an expert in coding this game, so I used one of the arcade machines from Vacation. the result? sims can play but only standing, which renders the chair that originally came with this set a bit useless. I'll try my best to make another version where sims sit while playing. the screen only displays one graphic like the original conversion.

This is Domi's retro arcade set, now available for TS1. Please note the arcade machine is purely deco, it will be great for storytelling or as an addition to your build. Akiba and Nii-san look busy playing in the preview, but that's actually just the 'move_objects on' cheat! haha.
