Someone who loves you ina healthy way will not supplement the unhealthy ways you see love. It will cause you to recalibrate how you see love and push you to work on how you love yourself and others.

Healthy love from someone else gives you the space to reflect on how you love. And the mark that you are healthy is that you see someone’s love for you and work on yourself, instead of letting your self hatred consume you and end up pushing away someone who is trying to be an example of healthy love for you.
