Honestly, even though talking to one person on their own wasn’t so bad, Takeshi badly needed to have a smoke. He was stressing out, and getting completely frantic. Shiho had helped, but now he was alone in the bar, and getting increasingly concerned at the lack of nothing. It felt so awkward. So tense. And so… wrong.

In silence, and the corner of the bar, he lit a cigarette. The smell was strong, and could only be described as disgusting to most. It was an incredibly cheap brand of cigarettes. He sat at the bar, with his portable ashtray out. He didn’t want to tap ashes all over the place after all. He might not understand the situation, but he didn’t like to litter. Tapping the cigarette against the ashtray, he let out a soft sigh that was barely audible. The sigh was already quiet and the scarf muffled most of the noise.

“…”

He slowly lowered his face into his arms on the bar, hiding his face, but holding the cigarette between his fingers. It appeared to an outsider that he might be falling asleep with a cigarette in his hand.

He wasn’t but…

Cery had heard someone mention that there was a bar here, and god...He could use a stiff drink. The elevators in this place seemed to only be one way, and the only other exit was barred shut. Lovely. The irishman could feel the clawing sensation at the back of his mind, the creeping dread. He was going to need a smoke soon, else he’d be getting more and more antsy. He pushed open the doors and instantly perked up when he caught the scent of burning tobacco. He strode towards the bar to find...what looked like another student with a cigarette in hand, sleeping on the bar. Cery cleared his throat, addressing the other boy.

“Hey, You might wanna wake up before you waste that cig.”

He inhaled again, before chuckling, recognizing the scent of the burning tobacco as one of the cheaper brands.

“Though with what you’re smoking, it might be better!”
