She wasn't not friendly towards wolves, just people who gave her any slight attitude. Maia caught the ring with ease thanks to her vampire speed and gladly put it back to its familiar space. "Yeah yeah. Thanks for giving it back."
"You're not worth the fight." Not yet at least. But she liked to establish herself when she was in town - set any of the vampires back on their haunches if they thought about intruding in wolf business.
