After the party, Tas had wanted the earth to open up and swallow her whole. When this hadn't happened, she'd settled for just avoiding Lex as best as possible until the end of time. Apparently, fate had other ideas - a phrase that might be horrifically true, actually, she vaguely remembered hearing about the Fates, she'd have to check what that meant - because she found herself on washing up duty with Lex. After they'd greeted each other, she wracked her brain for what to talk about. They would be here a while, so they had to discuss something. "So, uh... you and Trystin, huh?" Why did she bring that up? Was she insane? Maybe it was Lex's doing. Dionysus was also the god of madness.
Lex had noted with some amusement that Trystin seemed determined to ignore her, ever since their brief makeout at her party a few days previously. Lex wasn't too bothered - sure, she thought he was cute, but she thought a lot of people were cute. She hadn't exactly wanted to date him, but whenever she attempted to find him, he mysteriously vanished. Well, fine, if he was too awkward to talk to her about it, that wasn't Lex's problem. She just hoped they could continue to be friends once he got over himself. When she was put on washing up duty with Tas, Lex found she was pleased - Tas was a good friend and Lex enjoyed her company. She snorted when Tas asked about her and Trystin. "Oh gods, has that hit the rumour mill? Me and Trys?" She asked with some derision. Honestly, the Campers could gossip about anything.
