Artists suffer from depression and drugs everyday and all we do is sing along and watch. We, as a society, need to pay attention. These are real people who are crying out for help and never receive it. Lil Peep's passing was documented and we just watched it on social media. It's just plain sad. RIP Lil Peep, hopefully you finally found your peace.

I truly think it’s wild that schools do not teach kids about basquiat. the man was major in the art game in the 80s and made a name for himself with his talent. Do you know how many black little kids could use that type of assurance that following your dreams can be for them too? that they can get far with their art because a black kid from Brooklyn did it? that it’s not only white people who made a lifestyle out of art?
