The Hyper Active Collages of Matthieu Bourel.
Combining hand done collages with modern digital editing artist Matthieu Bourel creates stunning visual treats which he calls “Dataism.” A pun on the avant garde art movement of the early 20th century, Dadaism. The often animated collages are a way for Bourel to deal with the current onslaught of information bombarding our every step. The anxiety and confusion resulting from this is displayed in the distorted, hypnotizing imagery he produces.
