faye-beckett.
Faye smiled and nodded. She got up, shook CHs’ hand and thanked him. “Thank you, I am really grateful for all your help. I hope you have a lovely week.” She smiled and turned to leave. She pulled her sleeve on her sweater down and wiped her eyes a few more times before leaving. She wasn’t sure if Eli was going to want to talk to her after but Faye walked over to the desk and scheduled them another appointment for the following week, same time and day. She turned around and smiled at Eli. “Hey, I made us another appointment for next week. The same time and day okay?” She asked, adjusting her purse.
“Same time, same place has been how it’s been going on for a while,” Eli pointed out, though he said it with a smile. “I’ll take a look at my schedule, and have my people get in touch with your people.” With a wink, the charade was done, and he rolled his own eyes. “Sounds good.” Over his shoulder, he waved at the man behind the desk. “See you later, Stef. – C’mon, Faye. Let’s get ice cream, or sugar, or something.”
