Small Rant…. but this really has to be said!

More and more I see people deriving other creators that are disabled… and to be completely honest it pisses me the f**k off! And I don’t mean those who happen to have derives of mesh factories that were disabled recently. I mean those who are purposefully deriving off disabled accounts! Why the f**k would you do that…? Here is a couple of reasons I do not derive off of disabled creators, and just pointing out the obvious here!

1, They might have been disabled because of theft or other nefarious dealings.. this puts the deriver at risk of copyright procedures. Since anything in their catalog can be stolen.

2, The derivation profit goes STRAIGHT to IMVU! Imvu still benefits from disabled creators items, they are the only ones that profit. Disabled devs don’t get profit during the time they are disabled! Like at all!

3, I’d rather support creators who continue with us, I’d rather derive creators I can more or less trust and know are active enough to offer some kind of support in case I come across a problem with the mesh.

4, Even if I don’t find another mesh the same (Which is HIGHLY unlikely!) I can always order something made similar from a mesher that does those determined types of meshes. If the mesher is disabled then I don’t see anything wrong with doing that. (because by then I will have scoured the catalog looking, anyway)

SO yeah. This is NOT directed at any particular person or persons… but I really just want to scream… I support all those meshers that are still with us and I think everyone should!!!!!
