mortenax stuff: the cn for his new title is 千冶 (qianye). 千 literally just means a thousand or is a literary/colloquial way of describing a huge number of something, and 冶 refers to the process of smelting. in the context of bladie I interpret it as referring both to the thousands of weapons he's smelted or, more likely considering his arc and the buddhist influences in his new form, the thousands of times his body and self have been reforged, be that through physical regeneration or the reinvention of the self.

as cool as the english titles sound, I do wish they retained more of the meaning of the chinese names. at least dan heng imbibitor lunae's title references his chinese title of 飲月 (yinyue), or "drinking the moon", through its pseudo-latin. maybe I don't know enough pseudo-latin but mortenax doesn't give off the vibe of "a thousand smelts" at all
