THE MOTORBIKE MYSTERY!!! 🏍
The whole motorcycle experience has given me something to think about for a few days. At first, I thought about some of the numerous little games of innuendo. It's easy to go that far, set up a story from the ferry, and voilà, let people speculate. But, being in London on Thursday and with such a short timeframe? Later I read @maximumwobblerbanditdonut blog—where he explains in detail the implications of having an unregistered vehicle in a country like Ireland for a long period of time. It explains in detail that you can have it for 6 months without having to register it in that country, since Mr. SH is not a resident there.
So, if we go back 183 days, which is what the law allows, we find that Mr. SH was performing Macbeth in SUA, which is why he didn't take his bicycle there during that period. When Macbeth finished, he went to London, from London to Edinburgh, and from Edinburgh to Glasgow. From there, he went to New York and from New York to Los Angeles, from where he returned around December 18th or 19th. We have a video of him on December 21st running on the track around his house in Glasgow. Up to this point, I suppose the motorcycle was at his house in Glasgow.
From this point on, we know with some certainty:
On January 8th, he's in Edinburgh giving a speech in Parliament with AN. On January 10th, he's at the gym in Glasgow. On January 17th, more pictures are taken at the gym again. He's still in Scotland. After that, he's in Edinburgh on the 27th for the Lyceum. He himself says that he is not well, that he has become intoxicated and the carpet of his house has not survived, the effects of Robert Burns' celebration? If he tells the truth, he also places him in Scotland. From Edinburgh, he goes to London and Germany. He's also filming and traveling for various events in the USA. There's no time to travel by motorcycle to Ireland.
Easter break arrives; we know he was in London and later Edinburgh, probably also Glasgow. From there, he goes to the Tartan Parade, Germany again, Paris LandCon, and London for his birthday. May arrived, and on the 9th he showed us his new suitcase in detail, in the same apartment as in the video from the 1st, which was for JF's birthday. He then traveled to LA for the Outlander send-off. He stayed there until approximately May 18-19, and on the 26th we know he was in a bookstore in London and later at the Caledonian event.
There's a window of time here that I haven't been able to narrow down, from May 2nd to May 8th, but if he was in London and showed us the suitcase on the 9th from there, why go all the way to Glasgow to pick up his motorcycle to go to Ireland and then fly back to London to catch the flight to LA? The most logical thing would have been to fly round trip to Ireland and not have to go to Glasgow to pick up his motorcycle.
So, after this what I believe is:
After December 21st, Mr. SH spent some time in Ireland for the Christmas holidays, and since it was a few days, he took his motorcycle with him from Glasgow. But when it came time to return to Glasgow, he ran into a small problem: the weather. He got caught with the snow at the beginning of the year, around January 2nd to 6th. The weather wasn't the best to ride a bike. I imagine that since he had to travel on those specific dates, he had to leave his motorcycle and got the ferry or a flight.
From Cork? That would mean he had to pick up the motorcycle sometime after the Caledonian event on Thursday, and we know that on Friday night he was in a Belfast hotel, and he even told us he ate pizza. A very tight window of time, though not entirely impossible. But that made me wonder something else. Why travel to Cork in winter with the motorcycle for Christmas when there's nothing preventing her from being in Scotland, and besides, her daughter was on holiday? Especially knowing that he had to return for the various commitments he had, and we know that Cork is not exactly close to the ferry and at that time of year the weather is not exactly an ally. Maybe…but I'm not convinced.
Now, the explanation that seems most reasonable to me is that he went to spend the Christmas holidays with some family (ahem) near the border (one hour from the ferry), a much shorter journey. He got caught with the snow when he had to return to Glasgow and took a flight or ferry but without his bike because is too dangerous ride it with that weather. The motorcycle stayed there until he had to go and pick it up.
Added:This is all what I believe. There's no conclusive proof. The timeframes are what they are, there aren't many other possibilities. As for who he was with or wasn't with... we don't know. Perhaps he has more secrets in Ireland... Believe what you want. 🤷♀️
If someone has evidence or proof that the dates or locations are incorrect, I would appreciate any corrections or suggestions. Always with kindness, thank you.😃
