Who says eating this way makes you deprived is INSANE!!! Sorry if you can't tell my classroom has the worst lighting but it's a black forest brownie over french vanilla bean ice cream and chocolate sauce. This is a bit too rich in my taste but simply incredible. The chefs here are so creative with ingredients I'm so lucky to be learning from them!!! (at Living Light Culinary Institute)

Tomato stacks- We made a delicious pâté and did some layering with that, fresh herbs, tomato & radish. It was SO amazing. I don't understand how all of this can make me so happy but it does.
