My thread heard I was almost done with the jacket from hell so it decided to run out to prolong my suffering.

The Return of the Kittens! These were the first three blocks I pieced and unlike the later 57 that I pressed open, these I pressed to the dark. When I finished and looked at all of them together, these three really did look different. I've been working up the courage to rip them apart and fix them and now I have.

It's not reliably cool enough for me to piece the quilt tops, but I am looking at fabrics for my appliqué accessories.

It's been way too hot to sew or knit, but I've gotten quite a bit done on Pretty Little Hawaii these past few days.

While I impatiently refresh my Clouds Factory download page for July's letters, I did my last bit of work on this for a while. I don't know how long the next two letters will take, but I hope to have them done in a week.

Day 3: Say hello to my whale friends. And like half a mountain. I'm hoping to have this done by the end of July, while keeping up with my Legendary Creatures SAL. Wish me luck.

Day 2 of progress on Pretty Little Hawaii. If you're familiar with the design, I started in the bottom left corner. I've got all but one color of floss, but I don't have enough bobbins to wind them all, so I'm trying to focus on just a few colors.

Try not to be overwhelmed by the amount of progress I've made on my Pretty Little Hawaii. All this in just a day.

July will bring J and K. I've already decided that K will be Kot Bayun unless the pattern they give is just out of this world. I use a scroll frame, so this is the last I'll see of the top two rows until it's all done.
