RSA Student Design Awards

For the RSA Student Awards I chose the mental health brief. I designed and made a weekly organiser as this was proven to release stress and help with mental health if people had planned out their week. The organiser came with a weekly diary, food and exercise planner, notebook and brain game for lunch times. I also included a book with information on how to have a good wellbeing.
