Disordered eating since I was 10. Ańa, "recovered", started binging heavily after death of father last year. Relapsed.

Do not interact or follow if you're in recovery or want to recover. I am not promoting this nonsense and am pro recovery. I just am not for myself. Everyone is beautiful regardless of the number on the scale, color of their skin, inches measured.

I will not post my stats. This is not a competition. Mental illness is mental illness. Not a fad.

Mostly an online diary and safe space. May post occasionally about grief and parental loss but will have trigger warning.

What about working out in your room is so embarrassing?

I have no problem working out in the gym, red faced, sweating, huffing and puffing as I work out..

But the moment I'm in my room trying to do some home workouts? I need to close and lock the door and pray my husband doesn't want to come in 🙄

Just found out we're going to dinner and I have no idea where. I just hit 25 hours... I'm going to lose my mind I can't prepare before hand

Family went to chilies. Was able to get away with eating only a quarter to half my Santa fe grilled chicken salad. Rounded to 265 cals for the day

Husband is getting pizza. I'm going to distract myself with deep cleaning since we're picking up family at the airport tomorrow. I'm still so heartbroken I was used as a body check reference for that girl to "keep herself in check "

** successfully tricked him into thinking I ate since he ate outside to smoke. We've been cleaning which is helping. I also had some fiber supplement water mix. We sadly don't have laxative or i would have had that as well. I'll get some next paycheck.**

Fucking livid. Received confirmation that someone is used to hang out with used me as a way to make herself look skinnier (she was already thin as a rail). I didn't want to believe it but I'm so upset. Thats the only reason she wanted me to take pictures with her. So now I'm sure there's pictures of me gloating around here being used as fatshaming or fat phobia. I just want to cry
