Alright, so I bought myself my first pair of J's today as a gift to myself for being recently promoted to a lead position at work. After many years of struggling as a bottom feeder in many work situations I decided to stop settling. In the past year I've never worked harder at my job or at the gym. I pushed myself to eat better, try to sleep better and save the playing and fun time for when I'm off the clock. I guess the bosses at work couldn't ignore my efforts either. I was also surprised when they announced my promotion how many other people from other departments and shifts recognized my hard work as well. It felt good! Onward and upward, I will keep on rising! 💪🏻
