We also went to Quezon Memorial Circle in Quezon City and I am glad (?) to see that it was just a normal day there. No couples (visibly) dating, and many people went there to exercise, do some basketball drills, ride bikes, sing with a portable karaoke machine, etc. Save for some stalls selling stuffed bears and balloons, I'd say the place was pretty cheeseless.

Hello, I had Yabu today!

Ordered food today. I thought I'd treat myself to some "real, cooked food" as I have been relying on instant food the past days. Yes, I somehow learned how to cook during the lockdown, but most of what I made were basically anything sauteed in garlic and onion.

Satisfying food cravings used to be a very simple thing, especially if you have money to just eat out. But now, ordering food has become something that you have to prepare for.

But then, staying indoors for months also made me realize one thing. I have saved a lot of money - money I would have spent in transportation and eating out. Restaurant food is expensive. The pandemic showed us that it's luxury.
