Wow Congrats! I’m surprised you kept it a secret for so long also. I know I wouldn’t have been able to do it. I have a game in Cleveland Thursday, but we live right after, so I will definitely be there Friday for the premiere.

Emmy: I get to have you for two more years and then I have to set my little boy go free! what a day that will be!

Emmy: I've got my christmas tree up but that's pretty much the extent to my decorations this year. I've been super busy.

Q: I will see how this season and next season go. I'll also try to be more of a leader and get the team to work together.

Emmy: I know but I would never want to make you feel or look bad because you're not. At all.

Emmy: See... there you go. If it doesn't work out then you have my blessing to transfer to another team, even if it means i'd have to miss you like hell.

Q: Now this makes me sound bad. My team is my team and I guess I should stay and be loyal until I retire. I just want us to work together better and communicate better. And yea I want to be around for raise the bar. It's my baby and no one would be able to do it justice.

Emmy: Oh no no. I didn't mean to make you sound bad, Q. I'm sorry.

Emmy: You have every right to want to switch if that's what you want. But just see how this season goes at least. Exactly, you need to be around for that at least.

Q: If I left, I'm sure I can get someone to look after for it. Hire a manager or something. But honestly, I think I was just upset about how things were going with the team. I may not go anywhere.

Emmy: I honestly think you'd miss out though. Especially with your gym just starting out. It would be better for you to stick around for at least the beginning. So now that your team is doing better you want to stay?

Q: I may stay in LA forever because I couldn't just leave you either. Or my family for that matter. Two years is a long way, hopefully my feelings will change around that time.

Emmy: Why do you wanna leave LA so badly?

Emmy: We've got everything we need or want. Plus what about Raise the Bar? Your baby is almost ready to open! Who'd run it if you left?

Emmy: Well two years is also some time to convince me, so maybe you won't be stuck here forever...
