Hi friends! I started this blog back in 2012, but I think it’s time for me to board up the windows on it. 

I’ve met so many amazing people here, but the Tumblr platform isn’t for me anymore.

Find a balance of eating that brings you mental, emotional and physical health. Eat like you love yourself and want to show yourself kindness.
